Here in Colorado, there are allegedly two job openings for every person looking - yet try to get a call back when you apply. I suspect the whole "nobody wants to work" thing is NOT the full story. He's overrating the brisket but it is very good. The idea that you can get almost homemade quality food in a super clean environment with very little hassle all great service all in one place is rare today. We've been penny pinching for so long we've forgotten quality. It can't be a coincidence that they are privately owned and growing at a manageable pace. How quickly did Subway grow and how quickly has been fading.

Very rare to find a place that hires based on skills with no experience necessary and has a great work environment and pays well. Usually those who hire with no experience necessary have toxic work environments that pay poorly so if you can find a place like Buc-ee's that has it right jump at it.
