I work as a helpdesk tech and we have people closing in on 20 gb of pure e-mails. Some was up into the 30s on the shared e-mails. Most were off loaded into pst files an on to network drives lol. I agree, its a huge amount of e-mail space for most common people; however, for a few its still not enough.

I truly only need Excel with what Google Apps is offering and then I am fully kitted. Occasionally Power-point as well. However I am wondering if Google Apps is going to come up with a more flexible CRM option linked to Mail and Calendars? This would clinch the deal for me. I am tired of having to take a break every time I do anything in MS because it's so slow. Then of course will Google end up just as slow in the future because of viruses? It's really very confusing. Still Excel is on my computer so maybe Google is the best option?

Microsoft dynamics is the Microsoft's CRM which is available on cloud as well. Same as office 365 you it is also a pay as u go model. You may scale the storage as per ur requirement anytime.

The security risks alone takes all those advantages and flushes them in the toilet. You mean you completely fine having another company hold all your data and hoping a hole does not happen at there end which you won't know about because you cannot see that data being moved. Check your service agreement I pretty sure MS does not take any responsibility if your data is loss or there security has been compromised. Home user it not as much a big deal but for a business user your lose SIN numbers, Credit card info, etc, etc. you are majorly liable.

They've even stated plainly that VBA and VSTO are considered legacy. All future dev efforts are on the web style and Javascript will be replacing VBA. That is going to force obsolete so much production code. So... 365 makes sense for small businesses that barely use Office to begin with, but not for heavy users such as corporate finance.

I hate microsoft I could really literally kick the butt of one of these developers or salespeople. I have to learn excel 1 and 2 and access for a health science program. Part 1 was passed but Ill tell you one can never do homework in 2 because it is so fussy about where you put stupid parenthesis. Do they think this is convenience for the office? I find access as complicated and as silly as almost possible. We need to get back minitab now and I am fighting hospitals and institutions and programs to do this. Windows 8 did not work. I will one day destroy Microsoft and rally with those who want to do so

Im dealing with 50GB mailboxes pretty much everyday, 25GB is a joke.
You speak clear in the beginning but later you mumble and I can't hear the rest of benefits until you start again.
