In this fun and insightful interview, Wilde and Terakes share the group bonding sessions they had during rehearsals, their involvement in shaping their characters, the film's authentic representation of Australian youth culture, a deep dive into what their characters are grappling with and the surprising outlets that fill their cup.
Talk to Me is in Australian cinemas from July 27, 2023.
When a group of friends discover how to conjure spirits using an embalmed hand, they become hooked on the new thrill, until one of them goes too far and opens the door to the spirit world, forcing them to choose who to trust: the dead or the living.

I watched the movie yesterday and what made me enjoy it as much as i did was these two actors!! They were amazing, the high rotten tomato score made my expecations really high so although i’d rate the whole story and ending 7/10, i really appreciate the work behind it 😊

Mia and zoe did amazing, they would be amazing friends, ive been doing research abt zoe, in my opinion it didn't scare me what so ever only the dream mia had when she was sleeping with Daniel. Zoes attitude in the movie kinda scared me but not in a bad way, but they way they act in reality is so funny, they would be the best of friends i swear😂
About the accents --- I wanted to see the movie until I heard it is about "a group of friends" getting "possessed".
It put me off immediately, because it is so formula, so American trash, so repetitive. But when I watched the movie reluctantly, it was the Aussie accents that instantly perked me up, because that meant it was NOT American, therefore by default it would already be original and worth watching.
