- Do you have a stock 2000-07 monte carlo and want to mod it on a budget of less than $500? if so in this video which is episode 2 i will be explaining 5 mods worth doing when on a budget. Majority of parts can be bought from your local parts stores or junkyards or ebay motors, intense racing or zzperformance, facebook marketplace/ facebook 3800 groups, or lastly craigslist.

For my '06 LT, I swapped the grey interior pieces with black ones out of a junked Monte Carlo of the same year. I think all of the interior pieces are interchangeable from '00 to '07. They didn't change much in the cabin area from '05 to the later incarnation. I wish I still had the leather seats out of my old '05. I'd swap my grey stock seats for a pair of those in a second. Actually, I'd like to have those, big, plush leather seats out of an old Caddy, Lincoln, or other "luxury" car.
All 2000 to 2007 monte carlos parts are interchangeable. The closest big seats that fits your monte carlo would be from a impala
For my 06 i put some cadillac dts chrome 9 spoke 18s on ot it looks sick as hell and popped some camaro bowtie center caps on it.
Will have to keep that in mind as a oem wheel option for wbody cars.

Hey liked this vid a whole lot. I have a 2003 Monte Carlo ss 3.8/na . Do you know what all has to be done to turn na Monte Carlo to supercharged
Soon will have a few video explaining in detail how to do a top swap. But till then you need to change the heads and valves covers,intake ,fuel rails/ injectors, supercharged ecu or have your tuned, harmonic balancer, coil pack bracket with supercharger pulleys, l67 throttle body, vacuum parts to relocate vacuum lines. The second option is buy a complete supercharged 3800 engine preferably the series 3 one then swap it in then move vacuum routing.

What’s the best headers for an 03 SS
Depends on how much money you want to spend for the amount of time to install them. Option 1- speed daddy/ ebay header requires modification due to quality control not good. Option 2- zzperformance headers no modifications just cost 1,200 dollars.
Do you have install videos for these parts? I like to do shit DIY if possible

Is it possible that sway bar can go on an LS, or is it just 3800 and 5.3 engines?

Just bought an 01 3800 ss, looking for some hp upgrades
If your not so handy on working on engines buy a turbo kit for a 3800 then swap to a series 3 (2004-08 3800) upper intake with a (1997-03) supercharged throttle body and enjoy it. If your handy with engines swap the engine to a supercharged 3800 or a do a top swap on your engine and enjoy the supercharged power. Never heard of a ts model. What engine does it have? Any special badges or bodykit?
Wait a second i can get a rear sway bar for my monte?
