How could anyone get bored watching these videos? I must confess that I did'nt know your playing was so "unique" plus the Instruments you use are almost a mirror image of what I use, a Guitar for every situation on standby. I found the best Fender made neck on a new Esquire Guitar from 2020, thick U shape it says and it weighs 6.3 lbs and rings like a steam train bell! Thanks for the vid. Love that Gibson ES sunburst!!

    Whoa!
Must have seen you play close to 50 times from the late 90s to the late aughts...always with a Tele.
So cool to see your love for these other guitars.

Loved that, Jim, especially the 225. I was exceedingly fortunate that a friend gifted me his old guitars back in the eighties, including a ‘57 Tele and a ‘59 225. I play one or both both nearly every day. The 225 still has the original wraparound steel bridge and I’ve often thought of have it replaced with one that can be intonated but it just looks so cool as it is.

DESERT SAND ! One of the most iconic Fender colours from the '50s and '60s. It was obviously from an American car of the year of the guitar.

A modest collection is the best. You know each guitar intimately and are happy with what you have! Hope to see you play someday when the plague is gone.

I can't believe that Duo Sonic goes for that price. My mom purchased a Duo Sonic (sunburst) with a brown tolex Fender with a 12 inch speaker, tremolo, no reverb for two hundred dollars in 1964. My so-called "friends " asked to "borrow " them and never returned them.
