OMFG - use the speed square as a guide... that just blew my mind! So simple and obvious yet this is the first time I've ever considered doing that. I now feel stupid for years of avoiding my circular saw due to my exceptional ability to not cut a straight line. I know it was just an off-hand thought for you, but thanks anyway you just changed my shop life. 1:53
I don't know the exact load capacity, but it's very durable. The steel provides and construction lumber provides a lot of strength. We put a microwave on the second tier without issue.
This is awesome!
You get that industrial look without the cost of purchasing all that galvanized pipe and the expensive fittings.

Haha, that's great. I learned that trick from some other folks on YT, so I can't take credit. But yes, its a definite game changer. Happy building!

Would love to see you do a bookshelf!
Did you put something on the bottom of the metal? Just curious as to how you kept the balance.thinking of putting an aquarium on this lol
Curious about the same
Looks like he put some kind of castors at the bottom (not necessarily wheel types), if you pause the video in the last few seconds.
Nice job, new sub
Do you happen to know the weight capacity for each shelf, would love to use this for my nano aquarium display
wait how much was it though?
How much of a load do you think each shelf could hold? I'd like to make a version of these for an aquarium.
Can I clarify how thick the wood is please?
Hey, thanks for this. What would the load capacity of something like this be?

One can never have enough shelves
