Bryan Adams - Run To You.
Yes!! And “cuts like a knife!”
So underrated
I adore Boys of Summer.
Definitely Run to you! :)
Hmm the summer of 69, I fell in love and got married to my soulmate. We were married 47 years when he passed away. It was the best time of my life!
Annie/TN💕
Believe it or not, he's not talking about the year......
Hi from the UK, Brian Adams one of the greatest singer song writers to come out Canada , he just ROCKS 😀😊🤗☺🤩😍.
I think Leonard Cohen, Neil Young, Gordon Lightfoot, and Joni Mitchell would like a word with you. ;) Bryan Adams does rock though.
Jay Mourne Two words. The Band. 💖💖💖💖
@@turdferguson400 well I was trying to stick to singer song-writers, but yes, The Band does rule as well.
Jay Mourne Alright then. Alanis?
@@turdferguson400 Not sure I'd place her in the same list myself, but fine.
Either Heaven or Run to you.
Heaven!!!
He got another one called Cuts like a knife
quintessential bryan adams song.
Yes, I’m about to request it too!
This time he needs to hear great tune 🤔
Bryan is a beautiful singer. Geez, he’s written so many great songs. 💖💖💖
🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 great song. When Bryan Adams performed on stage he always wore jeans and a plain white tshirt. He thought it was easier for his fans at the back of the stadium to see him.
Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
Yes, he's always been so down to earth. And hey fellow Canadian.
Canada Rocks❣❣❣❣
Along these lines you could check out "The Boys of Summer" by Don Henley.
Yes please! Love this! ❤
Music by the legendary Mike Campbell
I adore that song! Great suggestion
great suggestion. Hope he's reading this. I'm sure liking this comment will help!
Great shout 👊🏾
not only is he a famous singer, he’s a renowned photographer too.
“Cuts like a knife” is a MUST! As well as “Run to you” and “Please forgive me.” (did you do that last one? Didn’t think to look- I watch so much, I get confused!🤪😅. 🧡✌️✨
Yes, those are great too
I love those songs to. The whole album is great isn't it?
Ohhhhhh...."Cuts Like A Knife." ua-cam.com/video/6VZhSkREYBc/v-deo.html
and
oooooohhhh, "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" ua-cam.com/video/cvi-led7fzo/v-deo.html
@@itsmissyvonne You are SO right. Excellent tunes!.
Yes! Cuts like a Knife is SOOOO good!
"Run to You" is another good Bryan Adams song.
Check out more Bryan Adams - his albums Cuts Like A Knife and Reckless had many many singles!!!
Yes, yes, yes! You listened to Summer of 69. And you got it. The nostalgia just oozes out of the 🎵 song. It covers so much of our youth, our hopes such as being a famous rock star, young love, carefree summer before we have to grow up and be responsible. There's an innocence about the young. Its got great guitar work, Bryan has a great voice, a great beat. its just of my top 5 songs of all times. I've seen him in concert a number of times and he always plays this song. One time he sang it as z ballad with just an acoustic guitar and it was AMAZING.
He has so many great songs. Cuts Like a Knife is another one I love. And Heaven is also a most excellent song. Its more of a ballad like Everything I Do.
He did ballads too! Try "Please Forgive Me", or "Straight From The Heart", You already did "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You"
"Cuts like a knife" should definitely be the next one!!!!
"When you really love a woman" is a great one of his as well. Love your song choice J :))
Straight From the Heart, Please Forgive Me, When You Love Someday all great songs.
The duet he did with Tina Turner. It's Only Love. It's one of the best duos ever done next to Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty.... that's my suggestion
Agree. ... his duet on this with Tina Turner is spectacular.
The one he did with mel C from the spice girls was pretty good too.
He also sang “o solo mio” with Pavarotti!
For a fun video, check out Glass Tiger singing “Don’t Forever Me When I’m Gone.” I don’t think Bryan Adams makes a physical appearance in the video, but he lends his voice.
Totally!!! And the last track off the same album, 'Ain't Gonna Cry.'
One of the most talented artists ever, Cuts Like A Knife, One Night Love Affair, Vanishing are musts to listen to as well, honestly he has so many hits you can pick from. I saw a picture that Richard Marx posted of a day he ran into Bryan Adams and jazz trumpeter, Chris Botti, they all sat together for lunch in New York and man, the talent between those 3, what I would have given to have been there just to hear them speak to each other.
He's awesome. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
i had just got out of the army in 1967 so i was listening to all these great songs💚♫
Love my 80s....the soundtrack of my teen years 💗. Don't forget to add to your list Red Rider "Lunatic Fringe". Thanks for all your hard work.....really enjoying watching your channel 🔥🙌
Absolutely need a reaction to Lunatic Fringe!
Mine too. I love 80's music and I may stand alone but I miss the big hair and shoulder pads. We laugh at it now but it was so good in its day.
I been bugging reactors for Lunatic Fringe the ultimate work out song
Please react to Bryan Adams, Rod Steward and Sting "All for Love"
Straight from Canada ehh! 🇨🇦
Any of his songs will sound great, he's one of those kinds of singers. A stupendous Canadian artist, glad you discovered and enjoying his music
Another amazing Canadian talent.
He sounds just as good live.
Fuck I love this. So many happy memories of being a teenager with my sister in the 80s. I lost her eight years ago and miss her every day. This brought her back to me for a few minutes. Thank you. x
This has always been my jam because the summer of ‘69 were the very first days of my life LITERALLY ☮️☮️☮️
The song's actually not about the year though :D
Saw him in 1983 when he opened the show for Journey.
I saw that show too.
Bryan was another one of those guys who couldn’t put out a bad tune .
T Bone you are so right
I always thought so until he came out with that drivel about a man loving a woman (not to be confused with the classic by Percy Faith)
@@fighthypocrites7036 Percy Sledge 😂👍
@@chrisbarton6760 You are correct, sir. I knew better. Thanks.
I just found out that the name of the Bryan Adams song is "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" I hate everything about it. The melody isn't even cohesive enough to hum. But wait, it gets worse. Looking for that, I was reminded of "Please Forgive Me (I know not what I do). The lyrics make me want to put ice picks in my ears. It's like he fell in love with his wife and couldn't even feign angst in his songs anymore. Drek and drivel. And that's how I feel about that. Harumph.
@@fighthypocrites7036 I like "Have You Ever..." I LOOOVE "Please Forgive Me"!!! :)
Brian Adams was actually born in 1959 but he named it summer of 69 for a different reason 😷👍
Love this one!! Thank you!
Classic rock song.. Always cheers you up when you hear it 😊
Bryan Adams is my favorite rock/pop male voice of all time.
Bryan Adams - Cuts like a knife - fantastic tune - you’re playing some great ones
"Lonely nights"
"Coming Home"
Great reaction!
Heaven Bryan Adams
Check out Its Only Love. Bryan and Tina Turner. Rock on!
Bryan Adams - run to you. Seriously underrated song
Right on. More Canadians!
Legendary ✨
Bryan Adams appeals to everyone ...he was fantastic singing with The Boss..Bruce Springfield at the Investus Games...I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The two of them together was amazing.l.something I will never forget ..just amazing!!🥰😍🇨🇦🇺🇸 The best of Canada and the USA working together for a good cause!
The older I get the greater the nostalgia I have for the 60's & 70's. Before cable tv, before video games, before the internet, before cell phones & all that shit. Life was way more social and physical. The cars had V8 engines, chicks loved rock, the music was spectacular and the variety unbelievable. Buying a new album by your favorite artist and listening to the whole thing and trading records with friends. It was special.
Alot of these songs you cover are veeerrrry important to people. the songs of their lifes journey
We appreciate you more than you know
just a pure rock n' roll song. one of the greatest written.
I listen to this song everyday, i'ts one of the tracks on the cd we play at work, I never get sick of listening to it. I was 6 months old in the summer of 69 haha
The album that Summer Of ‘69 was originally released on was his album Reckless, released on November 5, 1984, which was the same day Bryan Adams turned 25 years old. It was his 4th solo album, technically before all 4 of those albums as a teenager he was in a glam rock band and they released one album with him, so if you include that his 5th album.
Bryan is the best there is .lost count of how many times i have seen him .
My first concert was Brian Adams. I was young and in love in the summer of 85, and he sang the song using 85... Takes me to another place.
Wanna hear a great Bryan Adams song check out " It's Only Love " featuring Tina Turner!
Another banger is "Kids Wanna Rock".
White Wedding by Billy Idol is another jam from the 80s! You won't be disappointed. Great reactions my friend.
Tomorrow
I’ve done sweet ballroom blitz
There's no mistaking Bryan Adams unique voice!!!
Ahhhh sweet summer memories!! Love love love!! ☮️
YES!! THIS is Brian Adams!! I love his ballads and duets (his one with Mel C, “when you’re gone” is an all time favourite) but this is really his jam🙌🙌
His voice is one of a kind......I tried doing his song with Mel C....I hope I did justice on it.
@@gh-dw3tg I listened!! You did a great job🙌😄👍
Tough harmonies on this one!
❤ him! Cuts like a knife is great!!!
Run to you,Cuts like a knife and Heaven my faves.
Those are the 2 I mentioned too but really you can't go wrong with any of his songs.
Isn't that the truth, there are no summers(memories)like the ones in our past....we have to really enjoy the here and now because one day these days will be the good old days.
My favorite of Bryan. '69 I graduated from college, got married, and started teaching science I junior high. My anthem.
Love Bryan Adams....excellent artist
Brian Adams is on record saying that he never said it was about the year 1969. Let your mind go wild now on the song title.
Yes, you captured the essence of this song. Decades ago I went to see him in concert in the Windy City with a friend of mine. She and I are still friends still decades later.
I was born in 68 so I would have been a blubbering baby in 69. Still, this song does hark back to the pre-internet days when Summers up here in Canada did seem to last forever. This is an iconic 80's tune. Fun fact...he did carry his heart for Princess Diana so if you ever review that song Diana...you might here the connotations that he was calling his love for her out.
I actually saw Bryan Adams live in 1994 opening for The Rolling Stones. Now THAT was a unique combination!
Yeah Bryan Adams is one of them guys that sound just as good in his life performance as he does in the studio
I think you would enjoy 'And When I Die' by Blood, Sweat, et Tears. Written by Laura Nyro and sang by the incomparable David Clayton Thomas.
Now this is a floor filler. Love it.
It's dangerous to drive to this song...I always turn it up & hit the gas. One of my forever favorites.
That one great summer when they're growing up - when you're about 16 or 17 and everything seems possible - you're still a kid but right on the precipice of adulthood when it all gets serious. That summer is still all about having a great time - maybe falling in love for the first time? You'll always look back on that summer and wish you could get that feeling again. Yeah - this song really captures it.
Bryan Adams is a rocker
ive seen bryan 5 times live and i dont regret any of it...
Hold up, hold up, hold up!!!! You NEED to listen to Bryan Adams “Run to You”!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
They WERE the best days of my life! Summers in Ocean Drive, SC. Coming into my own…🥁🔉🔊🥁🔉🎵🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎧🎸🎸🎸🥁🥁🥁🥁
Heaven and Straight from the Heart ♥️ are my all time favorites from Bryan.
I know this is a bryan adams thread, but, I had just listened to your reaction of the beach boys dont worry baby... try Sloop John B isolated vocals... really showcases their voices.... meantime, this is great, my favorite BA song 👍
This song is an all-out rocker. One of his best.
i saw him when i was young, he was the warm up band for REO Speedwagon, back in the day
This song is from his Reckless album. So many great songs on that one.
I think I have that one around here somewhere! I got it in the late '90s, but at least I got there eventually... :P
The summer of 69 was the bomb!!!! Summer of love and music!🥳🥳🥳 Woodstock happened then too!!!🎶🎼🎵
I was just a year old! In 69. lol. Love all of his songs! 😊😊👍👍💯💯💯
I remember the summer of 69 real well. Discharged from the Army in June. Met and feel in love with a girl in July. Bought a Triumph spitfire sports car in August and drove around with my sweetie until school started in September. Best 3 months of my life.
Fascinating summer of '69....Woodstock, Charles Manson on the loose in my town (Los Angeles) and I was about to be a senior in high school!!! Full of thrills and chills!!! Thanks for the memories!!! 🥰🥰🎵🎶🎼💜💜💜 OMG!!! What a year!!!
Ohhh yeah, Bryan Adams is great. Nice!
"Straight From The Heart"!
One of my all time favourite songs.
I have a 81 corvette and when I play this song while I’m driving I feel like I’m back in time it’s Ana amazing feeling
This is one of my favorite songs. Once again. That raspy voice
Yes indeed Bryan Adams certainly has it 👍🏻
Run To You. Absolutely sublime.
Great reaction as usual. I love Bryan Adams. Great singer ❤❤
I love this song...in car really loud, sunny day...brill.
Thank you very much Javon. I love the Music of Bryan Adams. Greetings from Cologne, Germany
Saw him live in Scotland 🏴 with my sister and daughter 🤩 he was amazing 🤩
Probably one of the biggest songs ever in Ireland, we love this as a nation.
I love this so much that I love it more than my life.
A must song to have really loud, windows open and cruising on a hot summers day...
Another one of my favorite songs!
All these years I thought 69 was the summer of Love...just cuz that’s when I was born! Yeeehaw
I left school in the summer of 69, it was a great summer for me, earning my own money and having fun with good friends! Bought my first pair of Levi jeans in summer of 69 too. Happy times!.
I think my favorite upbeat song from Bryan is Hiding from Love. Instant party.
In case anyone reading this doesn't know. Bryan said himself that this song isn't about the summer of the year 1969. It's about the summer of sex in the 69 position. Of course you can interpret it how you like, that's what a good song should be able to let you do, but this is what Bryan wrote it about.
Yep
