Jon, hands down your BEST video to date. This video really demonstrated not only your physical toughness and well rounded skill set, but also your mental fitness. Not many people realize the determination required to camp out in deep freezing temps, the actually work involved, and the mental gymnastics that are constantly challenging. Not to mention the editing, drone footage, and music score. You did such a terrific job that several times throughout this video I felt you, your pain, and your struggle. @@sabrijeosmani2664 you should be able to get a permit for hunting where im from you are only allowed to hunt certain animals at different times and you need a sort of permit to do it too

I have a daughter that I haven't seen for 2 years, I can relate, I also cried when he was referring to his daughters. I did that with my own daughter, it was always so heartbreaking to leave her. But like you said, we must keep going in our life to have more experiences with them. Seems pretty spiritually significant to me that the snake meat started to move and writhe about in the background as he rolled the skin over the stick! Either way, it was definitely noticed.

Broke my heart to see you cry. I’m from Mass about 20 minutes from Maine border. Used to spend my childhood in Maine and most my 20’s. I got 2 lil ones now #singlemama but it’s so worth it teaching them how to survive outside and thrive. I’m teaching them the best I can but I’m learning still. Growing up fishing and hunting you don’t forget it’s like riding a bike plus being a veteran helps me too lol but bushcrafting is an art for sure. Keep up the amazing work guys! Yall keep me going!
