Introducing for the first time my new toy #watercut used to cut the gills of the chocolate mushroom, I cannot wait to see what design I can create next with this equipment.
Have you ever tried snail? 😄

This is so amazing, when I saw the thumbnail I thought the size of this would be small since it's a snail and a mushroom, but I should have known that you are capable of more! Absolutely astonishing!

This is so wildly cool. The detail of brushing the shell with melted chocolate to get the texture absolutely blew me away. And the mushroom gills! So cool, and the snail is beautiful. :3
Dude, I've been making art since I was two years old. I've been formerly trained for years and I'm working on a degree in an artistic capacity.
Seeing your videos makes me feel I know nothing about art at all. I could never do this. It's insanely talented and special.

It's not THAT amazing... Ok? It's chocolate sculpting. The man isn't designing entire worlds or vehicles or conceptual pieces for a movie. Maybe some.bits and pieces for a Willy Wonka set... But it stops there. He can't design huge sets. It's just not in his scope. If it is, I haven't seen a video that shows it. Most of the people commenting here don't know jack. You're clearly young, and haven't seen the world yet. This guy just makes things out of chocolate. It's amazing in the same way a dancing bear is. It's a novelty.
@@sigmarine I hope that you work hard and persevere to the point that you have a craft that allows you to stand out as something special, and is able to inspire and bring joy to millions of people, just so one day you too can receive a snarky, mindless comment like the one you wrote about how you're "just a novelty" and "not all that impressive" because you chose not to focus your efforts towards making movie sets or curing cancer. But I guess that probably won't happen

Also he’s probably the inspiration that made me realise how much i loved culinary arts and how prominent it’s been in my life and i’m so thankful for him because now i’m applying for chef courses so i can finally do what i want

Chef has a Cricut for chocolate. I'm so glad he does but let me repeat that... Chef has a Cricut for chocolate. His talent is second to no one. He fascinates me. I'm so in love with his artistic ability and the genuine joy in his smile when he finishes something he's proud of.

It's one thing to hand paint the ridges of the shell, but the fact that he used a laser cutter and hand mounted each gill of the mushroom blows my mind. Talk about dedication to craft and vision.

Ok finally I’ve found you AND IM READY TO LEARN!!! 😅 I am Emmany, a (Routined and compared to you I’m also an rookie) chocolatier/pastry cook at Jade mountain (at first I was in love with pastry, still am, but chocolate is now what I get excited about. Working in the hotel industry there’s so much work to be done that there’s actually not much room to learn and grow and experiment. Thank you for doing this UA-cam, it’s one way to learn and I’d rather learn here than to not grow at all. 🍫🌺
