I didn’t do anything but be a successful, purposeful man, and that’s the point. Build yourself up and you will attract women that will willingly get on your program, even if it goes against what she actually wants. I applied the same thing to the women i dated; I took my bae's to the range to show them how to shoot and I bought them notebooks to teach them how to budget their money. Other dudes told me I was simping but I got the best out of a women when I led with magnanimity. However to this day i haven't found a woman that can cook better than me.
