With the modern world accelerating so quickly, the "average guy" is not desirable at all, in any area of life. The pressure to improve & perform better is literally a life/death situation for a lot of guys now. They've gotten nowhere their entire lives, so they feel the need to try something new. The proof is in the pudding! What he's doing is obviously not healthy for him.
Plus the whole calorie counting thing is ridiculous. I'm 5'3", 110 pounds petite but healthy woman. And I put what I eat daily in chronometer and technically I'm eating nearly twice the calories I should therefore I should be fat. But I eat real nourishing food and no junk- obviously it's not true. Calorie counting is so wrong! It should be eating whole real food with lots of animal fats, proteins and organs- eat all you want and don't care about counting. Be happy and live your life- you won't be fat. Btw- I have 8 children (including twins) and don't work out- other than just normal life. Yet, my body looks fit, healthy and feminine. I eat tons of raw milk (at least 2 litres but often more), bone broth I make myself with oxtail, etc, liver and heart, some beef or lamb steak, raw butter, raw Gouda cheese, raw cottage cheese, 4-6 raw duck egg yolks, some raw salmon, sablefish or salmon eggs, and some local raw fruits. And I eat a ton- sometimes I'll drink heavy raw cream like milk too. It's been like this for many years.

as a "skinny guy" who is 6'3" and went from 154lbs to 172lbs in a year (within mid BMI from almost under BMI) the best thing this guy could do would be to increase animal protein to 1gram per pound of desired weight, increase dairy consumption highly if he can handle garbage pasturized milk, or get his hands on some raw milk if he is lactose intolerant. he should supplement out the bread for some cheese such as haloumi and consider eating 8-10 grams minimum of raw liver a day, i choose to eat it frozen and pill it blood and all with some water almost every day. If he decides to keep up with the gym I would say 3-4 times a week MAX and only progressive overload starting low and doing 3 sets of up to 10 reps for 5 exercises at each time. once you hit 7 reps for set go up in weight. do not ramp out your heart exercising! he does not have a good base of underlying tissue so he definitely needs more saturated fat. cutting out the grain carbs and going to a dairy carb is extremely beneficial. he should also ride a bike or walk regularily. cut out all of the garbage. the gym isnt all its cut out to be but if he doesnt over due it or absolutely kill himself every day it could help. he will need to be full on animal products constantly. I choose two large meals day equating to around 180grams (including the dairy) per day, sunny side up eggs are good enough, you do not really want them overcooked. a blue rare steak is also a good option for a meal, the less cooked the better.

    • @ceejay6417

I am about your height and around 150lbs. It's quite difficult to get beyond 155, which I have never done. Looking at him reminded me of when I was 15 years old. I imagine he has some shaming going on, which might lead to him working out. I think once someone gets to a certain age it's quite challenging to get beyond a certain weight, if being underweight is an issue for that particular person. The best result I had was when eating finely ground beef drizzled in honey and tallow. I could eat nearly 2 kilos /day averaging 1.5 kilos/day. Even eating 1.5 kilos/day for a period didn't really show much difference in weight and so I think it'd require me to indulge in some simple carbs like rice and extra dairy. A big problem is I easily achieve satiety and don't want to eat beyond that so I'm then going against my instinct in an attempt at stuffing myself, which doesn't seem right and occasionally leads to gut discomfort.

The concept of a raw primal diet, which includes raw eggs, raw meat, raw fruit, and raw milk, stems from the belief that consuming unprocessed, natural foods is healthier and more aligned with our evolutionary diet. Proponents argue that cooking and processing foods can destroy beneficial enzymes and nutrients. However, the idea that this diet is optimal is contentious and warrants a thorough examination of its potential benefits and risks.
    Potential Benefits
Nutrient Preservation: Some nutrients, such as certain vitamins and enzymes, can be sensitive to heat and may degrade during cooking. Proponents argue that consuming foods in their raw state preserves these nutrients.
Natural Eating Patterns: The diet encourages the consumption of whole, unprocessed foods, which can be beneficial compared to highly processed and refined foods that are common in modern diets.
    Potential Risks
Food Safety: The most significant concern with a raw primal diet is the risk of foodborne illnesses. Raw meat, raw eggs, and raw milk can harbor harmful bacteria like Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria. These pathogens can cause severe illness and, in some cases, can be life-threatening.
Digestive Issues: Some people may find it difficult to digest certain raw foods. Cooking can break down tough fibers and proteins, making them easier to digest and absorb.
Nutrient Imbalance: While raw foods can be nutritious, relying exclusively on raw foods can result in an imbalanced diet. For instance, certain nutrients may become more bioavailable after cooking (e.g., lycopene in tomatoes). A strict raw diet might miss out on these benefits.
Caloric Sufficiency: Achieving adequate caloric intake might be challenging on a raw diet. Cooked foods can be more calorie-dense, and their preparation can help break down cell walls, making nutrients more accessible and caloric intake more efficient.
    Balanced Approach
A balanced approach to diet considers the inclusion of both raw and cooked foods. This can help maximize nutrient intake while minimizing health risks. For example:
Incorporating Raw and Cooked Veggies: Eating some vegetables raw (like leafy greens) while cooking others (like carrots) can provide a variety of nutrients.
Choosing Safer Raw Options: If including raw animal products, opt for high-quality, properly sourced items to reduce the risk of contamination. For instance, using pasteurized eggs or sushi-grade fish can mitigate some of the risks associated with raw consumption.
    Expert Recommendations
Most nutrition experts and health organizations do not advocate for an exclusively raw diet due to the significant risks of foodborne illness and potential nutritional imbalances. They recommend a varied diet that includes a mix of raw and cooked foods, ensuring a broad spectrum of nutrients and safer consumption practices.
    Conclusion
While a raw primal diet can offer some benefits, it is not without substantial risks. A more prudent approach would be to integrate raw foods into a balanced diet, ensuring food safety and nutritional completeness. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes is always advisable.

I'm starting to think there are 2 types of tall people. Ones who grow tall due to an unusual hormonal profile which in return leads to a very narrow frame and elongated face -- and then those who are tall due to great genetics and look well proportioned. I believe a lot of young people today fall into the first category unfortunately because of all the poison in our food and in our environment.

This guy is almost certainly just a parody account, lot's of clips of him talking strictly about going viral and farming views.

Keep in mind i went to the gym way less than he did and i got a completely shown 8pack and all my muscles appeared perfectly

Sadly he does look like he has rickets. I had a friend at school who had rickets due to neglect prior to being placed in foster care - it happens in modern times I guess now more due to restrictive unnatural diets…..

It can just like any food with poisons. That's why it's called food POISONING. Most cases come from vegetables statistically.
      We all contain bacteria.

He won't make any permanent changes by bodybuilding. He'll also definitely need steroids to balloon himself up. And he'll have to keep taking them to keep that balloon inflated. Putting on muscle is a permanent uphill battle.
