Great video with really clear explanations!
Your books saved me during my studies in enology! thank you!
Great intro vid. Any plans for a follow up to explore how the production process differs for good vs great wines?
I wonder if red wine is ever heated during the process or is it a raw product and contains probiotics? I know that ancient wines were indeed raw and never heated.
Great video 🍷
If grapes aren't washed before processing, does that mean we are drinking the pesticides, or is it organic?
Many vineyards are organic, and those that use pesticides have limits, and they aren't allowed to be used close to harvest, so it's highly unlikely you'll be getting any pesticide residues in your wine
i have one doubt,i need low alcohol content wine ,now my hydrometer reading is 1.090,so 2 day after my reading is 1.050 can i Change to secondary Fedamentation Or when the hydrometer reading comes to 0.999 only then change to secondary Fedamentation

Explanatory value is great. Thanks ! According to your t-shirt and some other shots you should probably deal with your manhood issues.
Did anyone notice his shirt?!! Lol
Not a wine drinker, but interesting.
Trying to figure out how vegan wine is made.. o.o 😅
