Oyster mushroom is very expensive here in Sweden, it costs between 120-190 Swedish crowns for 1 kilo. This looks delish with some rice. I will definately try it.

Ouch, that's so pricey! 😢 It's super cheap here in Malaysia. You can definitely do this recipe with something else, maybe tofu or tempeh!
