Let me debunk this: 1) Elasticity. If your underwear is over 1 year old, they will be less elastic... every time they are washed, every time they are dried, every time we stretch them to put them on or take them off.... they are loosing elasticity. It doesn't necessarily mean we've gained or loss weight...
The Bra expert said the last tip backwards!... it should of been - try on your bras on with the loosest hook, so when it breaks in (aka becomes looser) you can adjust it to become tighter. She was saying to put it on the tightest hook so when it gets looser you can move it to the loosest hook? That doesn't make sense to me. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes your right! And because if your fitted correctly your bra will fit perfectly on the loosest clasp so wen you where it on the tightest one, it stretches out your bra over time

Jack K I wear underwear, but I expect it works the same. The discharge is discharged and then you get changed when you get home and all your clothes go in the wash. I expect trousers would catch it just the same, I doubt it's going to be running down your leg or whatever you're imagining would happen

It doesn’t make sense When she said that wear tight underwear high up could possibly compress your stomach and cause acid reflux because your stomach is all the way up almost between your ribs so there is almost no way underwear would be all the way up there and be tight enough to compress your stomach and cause acid reflux
Eviana Leggette there's high waisted underwear these days and things like tights and shape control underwear would reach that high as well. Your ribs end not too far above your belly button so I'm not sure it's as high as you think it is
Put a bidet in your bathroom, like the french do, never have odor problems after.

thats bullshit! my dr thinks its great that I hardly wear underwear she says too much underwear (depending on the fabric) can actually encourage thrush and that's nasty. If you shower daily and are an adult who actually knows how to clean and wipe yourself, hygiene shouldnt be a problem. Let your vag breathe!!!!
I agree. The Dr told me underwear and is a bacteria collector is actually not good. Over heats . I've never had an bladder infection or yeast infection since I stopped wearing them . I keep my clothes very clean .

Well my underwear has stretched out elastic because it's old and has been washed so many times. It is also yellow because we have problems with our water at our house
I don't wear skirts. So I wear pants. I never wear underwear. I keep the air flowing down there. Clean pants every day.
Also can cut off the bowel if the elastic is to tight if you have GI issues
