Damper spring:
The close winding coil spring region has less compression.
The wide spacing coil winding has softer compression on impact.
Hard front steering handling:
A.Compressed coil winding downwards.
Soft front steering handling:
B. Wide coil winding downwards.

Jeet, please specify that when you installed the oil seal you did not used any lube to avoid stiction or seal grease which i have seen on channels like (rocky mountain atv mc, DAVEMOSS, and MC garage) my concern is that which grease or lube should be used for oil seals inner lip to lube them
I wanted to know Which types of grease are suitable for that available in india, other than that great video👍
@@ranvirsinghnetam8584 , few drops of the fork-oil may be used to lube the seal . Grease is not suitable for this purpose .

Fork oil is enough mate... But if you still wanna use grease then use a little bit of silicon grease as it won't damage the rubber lips of the oil seal
You can use any NLGI3 rated grease and that should prevent stiction, it's just a placeholder and doesn't even stay there. But yes as Jeet pointed, silicon grease would be better.

Excellent video. I recently rebuilt my ZMR Karizma Forks, but they not factory now. They dont work smoothly. They stuck a bit. i use d 5w fork oil 150 Ml, any suggestion?

can you make a dedicated video where you explain the checks, things we should look out for in a bike.. from front tyre to rear taillight like complete check which one can do at home by using an available bike with you like this ismart,shine or any bajaj pulsar etc.. it would be so great to know what things we may miss to check and also we will learn some tips and tricks like you always tell in your videos...

Bhai ji pl guide me I repaired my CB shine front sockers and changed their spring set oil seal & added Gabriel shocker oil but shockers r not jumping well they r not able to open full when running the bike i compared with others shine & other similar bikes they r not opened full pl guide me what is the problem 🙏
