As someone on the Spectrum, I can say I see a lot of myself in his backstory. Like Jager, I find myself struggling with self-control when it comes to my attachment to my friends, family, and co-workers. His expression of emotions isn't too far from Asperger's, as that's what I was diagnosed with. He's smart, has hyper fixations on unique topics, and struggles with communication with his team as he sees them all as family compared to their professional relationship.

This implies that his Seige counter part still has ptsd while surrounding himself with his fellow operator friends as a means to cope, with nighthaven taking away and causing distrust in Rainbow it must really hurt Jaeger to see his new family being ripped apart. Just with that little info Jaeger goes from being the happiest story to one of the saddest.
I would like to add that Zero knows Skehan or Thorn based of how they interact with each other. No one even knows his real name unless those who are familiar with him. Skehan/Thorn must have known him because of her training session in Virginia where Sam also trains a long time ago before Splinter Cell happens. Plus, Finka knows Sam because of his father, not that related but they seem to have relationship for now. Zero even said, "There's the one i know and some familiar faces." Which means, he already met them along the way. And Zero is their instructor and 1 of the ROS.
Id like to add that goyo, at the end of the animation w amaru, says at the end "gracias tía" which translates to "thank you aunty." So he doesn't just have a good relationship w her they are like family to each other. 😁

in seige's timeline the chimera outbreak was only a simulation in extraction it was only the start of the chimera parasite infection
