안녕하세요 프로젝트문 입니다.
새로운 버전의 전투 영상 공개와 함께 게임 플레이의 컨셉과 향후 개발 방향을 말씀드리려 합니다.
라이브러리 오브 루이나의 테마는 '도서관이라는 무대에서 목숨을 걸고 진행하는 베팅'입니다.
해당 테마에 맞게 전투 파트에서는 자신의 선택에 베팅을 하고, 그 결과를 감상하는 경험을 최대한 전달하려 합니다.
그리고 이 과정에서 사람들의 감정이 터져 나오며, 각각의 감정이 어떻게 전투에 영향을 주는지도 지켜볼 수 있도록 만들고자 합니다.
현재 게임 플레이는 자원 관리에 신경 쓰며, 선택의 무게가 무겁게 느껴지도록 개발 중입니다.
전투 연출은 캐릭터와 카드의 개성이 잘 드러나는 방향으로 개발되고 있습니다.
그래서 최종적으로 플레이와 연출이 조화롭게 어우러졌을 때, 자신의 베팅이 어떤 결과를 불러올 지를 긴장감 있게 지켜볼 수 있게끔 만드는 것이 목표입니다.
※ 향후 개발 방향
- 전투 연출 시 주사위 하나 하나의 값이 와 닿으면서도 속도감이 느껴질 수 있도록 연구 중입니다.
- 출시 트레일러는 임팩트 있는 짧은 버전의 트레일러로 새롭게 제작할 예정입니다.
- 지속적인 퇴고와 피드백을 통해 스크립트의 문장을 다듬고 맞춤법 오류를 수정해 나가겠습니다.
- E.G.O의 경우 가장 적합한 등장 방식을 찾기 위해 여러 방향으로 기획 중입니다.
게임의 정보 공개와 커뮤니티를 통한 소통은 1월을 마지막으로, 당분간은 개발에 전념하려 합니다.

Looking forward to being too smallbrained for these card battles but at least I can enjoy the music while I get my stuff pushed in by other fixers. Can't wait, the sound effect at round end/start is sooo good and the artstyle is easy yet distinctive.

_Of the frantic fighting as the alpha was shown to more relaxed, somewhat interesting but hopefully the fights would have been preserved in real time but there is no problem as they will, but fixer models 10/10 and what is missing is more blood to feel the crudest and most violent battles, let's not forget the soundtrack, it's just beautiful and I want it to be there forever >:3_
I see a lot of good changes here from the last video, looking great so far! Keep up the good work

Well, well, well, if it isn't my favourite devs around! Game seems great so far but... i honestly liked the more chaotic system shown on previous vid, this one seems too... "clean and ordered". One thing that was really great about Lobotomy was chaos during massive abnormality breaches, that awful feeling that everything is spiralling out of your control, and you are wondering what actually is happening. But overcoming that, gave you great sense of acomplishment.
To be honest, early days were also "clean and ordered", it's only when you begin the "boss fights" that stuff really gets out of control. If this game goes by the same Sephirath order, then we can assume that this is an early level. Maybe later levels will be more chaotic.
As much as i love LobotomyCorp, i think they are aiming for a different kind of game. It would be awful if they just stuck with whatever made them successful before.

she comes in with with an unrelenting triple attack. the first strike doing a whole 2 more than she rolled, the defender's animation looks like a backpeddle which seems like it failed even though he rolled a 3.
2nd strike: attacker rolls a 5 which sounds decent, but then the defender rolls a friggin 8 which turns into an 11 for card reasons, perfectly blocking the strike AND dealing 2 damage to the attacker. woaaah. you can see it in the difference in attack animation too.
3rd strike: Attacker rolls a 3 which sounds really bad considering the defender's previous 11. then the defender rolls a 7 which turns into a 10, again blocking the strike and dealing damage to the attacker
counterattack: because of the defender's card being so good he gets a 4th action. This one looks like some sort of piercing attack with the attack animation of a thrust. Although he rolls a mere 2 not dealing that much damage
Attacker starting health: 31 Defender starting health: 33
Attacker post-clash health: 19 Defender post-clash health: 27
Attacker health explanation: it looks like she took damage from her strike being blocked those 2 times. 2 times 2 dammage. After that she took a counterblow, that thrust thingy, dealing 2 damage. In total seemingly 6 damage, yet her health goes from 31 to 19. Where did the remaining 6 damage come from? Perhaps that backpeddle thingy was in-fact a counter ''eye for an eye'' effect. which makes her also take the dammage she dealt in that first strike. That seems most propable, it explains why the defender didn't defend well against that first strike.
Defender health explanation: He loses 6 health which is exactly how much he takes from that first strike. that's all.

I wish there is a skip cinematic animation option (If there isn't already one, I cant read any of this) so it's like the first trailer, it looks much more intense and action packet that way.

I was skeptical upon seeing the original reveal trailer and the Alpha Footage, but this looks FAR more interesting and better paced (I can hear the music tracks for more than 5 seconds!). I've noticed that you've reduced the number of fighters on each side from five to three, possibly to give each character you use more of the spotlight (they seemed to die too fast previously). Also, EGO Gifts return! I'm kind of curious if they will appear visually like last time, along with the "soul" and "passive" sections of a character's status. I also wonder if the Sephirot still have that "last resort" mechanic we've seen before or if it was tossed.
아아... 올해 라오루만 기다리면서 시간 보내고 있는데 이렇게 영상 하나 더 올려주시니 너무 감격스럽습니다..! 전투 방식도 맘에 들고 캐릭터 하나하나 더 디테일하게 만들어진 것 같아서 넘 맘에 듭니다!! 전투가속 될때마다 테마음이 바뀌는 건 사라졌나 싶어서 아쉬웠는데 캐릭터 사망할 때마다 바뀌는 걸로 변경됐군요! 진짜 프문팀 일러레분 그림체도 너무 좋고 게임 특유의 분위기도 너무 좋고 그냥 흥하셨으면 좋겠습니다. 전 바닥에서 영상제작하는 듣보잡이지만.. 라이브러리 오브 루이나 나오면 반드시 사서 플레이 영상 만들어보고싶네요...! 맘 같아선 빨리 나왔으면 좋겠지만 최종공정까지 여유있게 마무리 하시고 더 재밌게 만들어서 내주셨으면합니다! 기대할게요!
지금의 연출도 좋지만, 알파버전 당시의 전투(주사위 없던 시절)도 좋은것 같아요. 뭐래야되나 지금 전투는 주사위 굴리기 연출 때문에 전투가 조금 루즈해지는 느낌이 있어요(주사위가 돌아가는 동안은 전투 중지/알파버전 당시는 단체vs단체 동시전투였으나 지금은 1대1 전투)
뭐 아직 개발단계기도 하고 트위터에서도 전투연출 등등 개선하실거라 하셨으니 믿고 있습니다!

Interesting how this sorta came to Limbus Company later in the form of EGOs and affinities. I'm guessing originally it was just too much effort for a small team to design around a game as complex as LoR was and continues to be without a bigger budget, though I see it being much easier to balance without being able to mix and match things willy nilly all over the place like in LoR. There just seems to be so much from the earlier days of LoR that was probably meant to stay but just couldn't reasonably be done by the team at the time such as animated idle animations and more core mechanics to play around with, though it's really cool to see a lot of that come to life in Limbus Company.
Well, this is certainly an improvement on the previous battle system, and the art's so *GOOD!* and everything's so *SMOOTH!*
I'm so looking forward to the 16th of May, I'm definitely purchasing this game!

주사위를 하나하나 굴리니까 그런건진 모르겠는데 전투할 때 가만히 멈춰있는게 조금 답답하게 느껴졌음...
주사위를 한번에 다 굴리고 탁탁탁 싸우는게 좀 더 보는 맛이 있지 않을까 생각함.
그리고 행동할 때 타이머 같은 것도 있으면 좀 더 긴장감이 있지 않을까 싶음ㅇㅇ
그럼 출시할 때 까지 숨 참고 있어야겠다

Compared to the first battle video, I like that we can see what's actually happening and know what mechanics are at play. Simultaneously, I really liked how hectic the previous battle video is, and how it really created tension for the multiple gambles you're making at once.
I've total confidence in Project Moon's ability to find a good balance between presentation and legibility - maybe there'd just be two different modes you could toggle between from turn to turn.

개인적으로 클로즈업 장면에서 영상 볼륨을 끄고 배속을 높여서 보니까 훨씬 좋은 것 같아요
물론 지금처럼 결과랑 캐릭터를 자세히 볼 수 있는 점도 너무 좋습니다.
So instead of slash/blunt/pierce resistances, there were originally typings based off of the virtues from Lob Corp? That would have been cool. And the "Soul" skill section seems to imply perks that were inherent to the librarian, not the page they wear, which is a feature I hope returns to the game.
When the close-up happens, I have a couple of wishes. My first wish is to see a line like "Damn, that hurts." or "Take this." when an attack is happening. My second wish is to see the people get wounded visibly, like a couple of scars and cuts depending on their health. My third wish to see a death animation in the close-up scene because now the dude just falls on the ground after leaving the close up. We need to feel the closeness of the battle, like I have to think "This is getting close, I should start getting worried." Lobotomy corporation gave me that feeling of "fucking up" and I wish to see it in this game as well.

I feel I'm gonna have such a hard time with this game since I've NEVER played card games like this. I was never really a fan of card-based video games. But because this is Project Moon, and I'm a big fan of Lobotomy Corporation, and this should be a direct sequel to that, then I'll definitively play this game no matter what. Heck, it will be my first card game, technically. (well except if you don't count the Card-Jitsu minigame in Club Penguin)

I cannot make heads or tails of this battle system. The player plays cards(I think?) On the employees(I presume?) To do attacks to decrease their opponent's health (But not always?) In conjunction with random (I assume?) Dice rolls.
What I CAN say is the art is beautiful and the music, as ever, is UTTERLY FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY.

So far, this game looks like it has a very unique and interesting gameplay style, and the new animation is interesting and very reminiscent of Lobotomy Corporation, which is one of my all-time favorite games, and some of that was for the animation.
The battle process is different from most games, which is always nice, the story is really cool, the music is amazing this time, which is great since Lobotomy Corporation fell off with only having 4 soundtracks when playing the main phase of the game. It looks very fun to play, and I notice that it hints back at the abnormalities for the book mechanic. I absolutely love the way you're taking the game so far.

I gotta say, I prefer the cleaner turn based style you’ve got going. Helps put emphasis on each character’s situation.

◇カードとダイス
選んだカードに応じて、交戦時に振るダイスの『種類』と『数』が変わる。六面とか十二面。黄色は防御、赤は攻撃、紫は特殊?
カードは無制限に選べるわけではなく、使用時にキャラの頭の上で光ってるランプを消費する。ターン経過で回復。
カード選択と同時にどの敵を狙うか決める。決め終わったら交戦
◇ダイス対決
カードに書かれている数だけ、順番にダイスを振る。数字の大きい側の行動が優先される。
攻撃-攻撃なら数字の大きい方が一方的に殴り、攻撃-防御なら減衰、無効化される。
第一ラウンドで、紫攻撃に黄色防御を壊されたキャラが残る行動をキャンセルされてたので、もう少し込み入ったルールがある?
なお、相手の攻撃対象が自分でない場合は一方的にボコる。
◇必殺技ゲージめいた両端のアレ
溜まりきると上述の行動消費ランプの数が増える。(第四ラウンド参照)

전투씬때 배경그대로 클로즈업 되는것도 멋있을꺼같은데 상하좌우대각선으로 부딛치거나 검맏대고 힘겨루기, 대치하거나 (막상 보면이상할려나?)
프로젝트 문 정말 좋아요 이렇게 좋은 게임 열심히 만들어지고 최고입니다. 나오면은 바로 재미있게 할게요~
