Have been using this shifter for years. Never had any real problems with missing shifts, maybe because I've been driving manual all my life. Honestly I have driven a LOT of cars IRL that had shifters that felt way worse. The only downside is that the sequential mode is a hassle to set up so I just use my paddles for those scenarios. For all the abuse that this thing has gotten over the years it has held up remarkably well.

You can detach clamp and under it you have 4 holes to fix it to your rig
