After following this warm up routine you can also do 1-2 sets of specific body part warm up exercises like 1. Chest : Push-ups 2. Back : Pull-ups 3. Shoulder : Rotator Cuffs 4. Bicep : Cable Curls 5. Tricep : Cable Pushdowns/ Bench Dips/ Parallel Bar Dips 6. Bhaiya video toh achi hai but thoda doubt hai. Jaha tak mujhe pata hai warm up thoda intense hona chahiye aur esa warm up hona chahiye jissey body heat up ho jaye aur heart beat up ho jaye. Kya inn sabhi warm up exercises se esa hojayega? Kya ye warm up exercises enough hai home/gym workouts perform karne ke liye? Agar inn warm up exercises ko perfectly karte hai workout se pehle (either gym or home workout) toh injury nahi hogi na? Intense workout karne se pehle agar ye warm ups karenge toh injury toh nahi hogi na? Please mere doubts clear kardijiye
Hello Arpit bhai, thank you for asking. Don't worry bhai, Iss warm up routine se aapke sabhi joints me blood circulation acha ho jayega jisse ki aapke main workout ke dauraan injury nahi hogi.. Plus in sabhi exercises ko continous karne se aapka heart rate kaafi upar jayega, jisse ki body heat bhi produce hogi. To tension lene ki baat nahi hai. Aap ise bina kisi problem ke follow karein aur agar ho sake to in exercises ke baad aap individual body part ka bhi thoda sa warm up karein jaise chest ke liye push-ups, back ke liye pull-ups and all...
