Thanks Lyra, they look useful and I've actually never used them. It might be cool to be able to apply an offset in an effect across all layers, similar to how a lighting desk would do it. Actually there's loads of things that would work better dealt with like a lighting desk. I know that an actual desk can be used but in my 30 years, I've managed to avoid them.
This is a very interesting thing.
However, it would be even cooler if you could add this effect to the timeline.
