It is crazy to me that those guys (the fans) didn't think it was weird and intrusive that they just stood there and watched them the whole time. Roman and Brittney are nice and cool about fans stopping in to meet them, get pics, get autographs etc...but if people do what these guys did today and just way overstayed their welcome I'm sure Roman and Britt will get over it real quick. Finally!! I’m able to watch a video after hurricane Helene destroyed my families house in Georgia. Long road to recovery here in the peach state as well as our neighbors in Florida , SC, and NC . But wanted to say thank you for everything you guys do Roman! Being able to sit down , and take a moment to watch a video helps me get through the day easier .

Hey Roman. If you put overhead shop doors on yourself serve side of car wash people can use it in winter. Then you can program the overhead shop doors to close automatically after one minute. That way you can use the car wash year round and make you way more money. That’s how we do it in Canada. That’s how your car wash can be more profitable year round.

They just had a massive weekend meet and greet folks come on . This is a working business as a laundromat , they have stuff to do as do the girls. Most people pop in and go and that’s fine but when people are like guests that won’t leave it’s not fair on their business customers and Romans time. Come say hi get your merch and sign ( if he’s not busy) and go! Xshow some manners to the guy the laundromat is not a permanent hang out meet and greet!
I feel like Jackie, bless her heart, is enjoying the attention so much that she's not really doing any work when R&B are there, haha. She's always a few steps away smiling either into the camera, or waiting for an opportunity to get involved in the 'show'! I love her-she's so sweet and adorable. I sent one of the first couple trophies, didn't expect it to become a thing. Just apparently had the same idea someone else did. But there's no option to put your actual name anywhere or have a note put inside. No one who ordered them sees the trophy until Roman opens the box. There's an option for whose name it gets sent to but it might get turned away if Romans name wasn't on it. No option to put your name as a return address either. Only way you're getting a shout-out is if you put your name on the actual trophy. So every one is only going to have the company name on the box. They're also pretty cheap, like $10ish for one with tax and shipping. They aren't being sent for a shout-out or to promote anything and if they're anything like me they don't care if it got opened on camera or what happens to it afterwards. Just a cheap and anonymous thing to send to make people laugh. But it should've stopped after like 5.

I keep looking at the blue wall above the washers around the laundry mat and think if you put a shelf up it would be a great display. Bet you have enough to go around the whole inside of the laundry. Fans have been coming there for months and there was no “flak” but this video there is. “Standing around” being a fan will later have consequences for others who display normal behavior. Such as Roman and Brit limiting the freedom everyone has now to come to the laundromat and customers complaining. I’ve never understood the obsession with celebrities. Sure, it’s fine to admire their work and even want to thank them, but what bothers me is when people go out of their way to disturb them during their personal time-whether they’re working, eating, or with family. I get that you might feel like you have one chance to meet them, but that doesn’t entitle you to intrude on their privacy. I’ve met celebrities before, and I’ve always just said a quick hello and moved on. They’re human, and they deserve respect and space just like anyone else. Let them live their lives. Don’t get me wrong, I love Roman and Britney. They are good people, but they have experienced extreme fandom before and they had pulled away, they felt uncomfortable going places and isolated themselves. It’s beautiful to see them being able to go out and do things in public again, but I guarantee things are going to get crazy at the laundromat and it’s going to get to the point where they are no longer going to be able to go there because the business is going to suffer, and they don’t want to ruin their investment. Just let the people live their lives like the rest of us, please
My thoughts exactly. Those ones standing behind them awkwardly are going to ruin it for those of us who actually respect them and their privacy. It dampers the quality of their videos and makes me so frustrated for them. Praying for them. Hopefully they begin to limit the amount of fans they put in videos.

2 things after watching 150 videos, 1. stop showing the fan mail, its just too much and will slow down the amount, 2. take breaks from the laundry mat to calm down some of the fans coming in, some of them are just creepy standing their. love the videos though

Roman as a business owner that does 90% of my communication online/text message. That 10% needs a phone line, the elderly, or just people without reliable internet. Hate to say it tell the employees to just hang up on fans or send out of state calls to voice mail. You can set up something like google voice and obihai or magic jack that cost next to nothing and offer free voicemail.
Roman and Brit I sent something yesterday it will arrive Wednesday. It’s in a round tube and says Attn Brit. It’s not a trophy it’s something she requested for the laundry mat.
Hi Roman and Brittany. Theres metal behind the single load washers that looks like its for a shelf. Put a board on it and make it a shelf and then put your favorite trophys there. It will hide the backs of the other machines. Then you could remove the trophys near christmas and put some cotton batting (favlbric stores sell it in rolls) on the shelf to mimic snow and then you could put some christmas decor there. After christmas you just replace the christmas stuff with your trophys.
I hate to say it ... but its just a matter of time until someone breaks into that sea-can and steals a bunch of stuff. Id get a camera on the door asap.
Just a suggestion, depending on whether you own the building or not, butt the shipping container up to the building and cut a door into the side of the container and cut a door into the side of the building, that way you can put mail and merch in the either from outside or through the laundromat

Not gonna lie, if I went in there as a customer to do laundry and saw a group of people just standing around, not doing laundry, I would probably turn around and go to a different laundromat. Also, when I used to have to go to a laundromat to do laundry I considered it sort of quiet time because I could escape the madness of my house. lol But, if I went there as a fan of Roman and Brit I would put my laundry in the machines and just hang out.
Build a little unboxing studio (lights/egg cartons for acoustics) and move the mail only once. Perhaps set up a mail drop system so the mail can be delivered right to the container.
Why even bother to open it? Just toss it and be done with it! They have asked so many times to STOP it’s pathetic at this point! I would also be losing my mind walking into a business and having so many people standing there blocking washing machines and dryers. You got your merchandise, your photos, and autograph now exit the laundromat so the paying customers doing their laundry can do so without you in the way!

Finally!! I’m able to watch a video after hurricane Helene destroyed my families house in Georgia. Long road to recovery here in the peach state as well as our neighbors in Florida , SC, and NC . But wanted to say thank you for everything you guys do Roman! Being able to sit down , and take a moment to watch a video helps me get through the day easier .

Hey Roman. If you put overhead shop doors on yourself serve side of car wash people can use it in winter. Then you can program the overhead shop doors to close automatically after one minute. That way you can use the car wash year round and make you way more money. That’s how we do it in Canada. That’s how your car wash can be more profitable year round.

They just had a massive weekend meet and greet folks come on . This is a working business as a laundromat , they have stuff to do as do the girls. I sent one of the first couple trophies, didn't expect it to become a thing. Just apparently had the same idea someone else did. But there's no option to put your actual name anywhere or have a note put inside. No one who ordered them sees the trophy until Roman opens the box. There's an option for whose name it gets sent to but it might get turned away if Romans name wasn't on it. No option to put your name as a return address either. Only way you're getting a shout-out is if you put your name on the actual trophy. So every one is only going to have the company name on the box. They're also pretty cheap, like $10ish for one with tax and shipping. They aren't being sent for a shout-out or to promote anything and if they're anything like me they don't care if it got opened on camera or what happens to it afterwards. Just a cheap and anonymous thing to send to make people laugh. But it should've stopped after like 5.

Rowan, long time follower but I rarely leave a comment. I've been thinking about all of the trophies and have an idea. I keep looking at the blue wall above the washers around the laundry mat and think if you put a shelf up it would be a great display. Bet you have enough to go around the whole inside of the laundry. Standing around/In the way of an operating business staring down an influencer, Is in fact worth all the flak. Fans have been coming there for months and there was no “flak” but this video there is. “Standing around” being a fan will later have consequences for others who display normal behavior. Such as Roman and Brit limiting the freedom everyone has now to come to the laundromat and customers complaining. Grab the merch, talk to the ladies, meet Roman if he’s there, take a pic, have a convo and keep it moving. Those fans in the back looking like they’re at a 2013 gta5 midnight release was ridiculous, and if not called out will have others doing the same.
Me and my girl were there and were there doing laundry before they showed up filming we had to get in line for her to get a tanning bed so it looks like we’re weirdly standing there watching but we were in line to get out and leave; we felt like we were intruding also but had to get our stuff done to go pick up our kid from grandmas 😂

I’ve never understood the obsession with celebrities. Sure, it’s fine to admire their work and even want to thank them, but what bothers me is when people go out of their way to disturb them during their personal time-whether they’re working, eating, or with family. I get that you might feel like you have one chance to meet them, but that doesn’t entitle you to intrude on their privacy. I’ve met celebrities before, and I’ve always just said a quick hello and moved on. They’re human, and they deserve respect and space just like anyone else. Let them live their lives.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Roman and Britney. They are good people, but they have experienced extreme fandom before and they had pulled away, they felt uncomfortable going places and isolated themselves. It’s beautiful to see them being able to go out and do things in public again, but I guarantee things are going to get crazy at the laundromat and it’s going to get to the point where they are no longer going to be able to go there because the business is going to suffer, and they don’t want to ruin their investment.
Just let the people live their lives like the rest of us, please
My thoughts exactly. Those ones standing behind them awkwardly are going to ruin it for those of us who actually respect them and their privacy. It dampers the quality of their videos and makes me so frustrated for them. Praying for them. Hopefully they begin to limit the amount of fans they put in videos.

2 things after watching 150 videos, 1. stop showing the fan mail, its just too much and will slow down the amount, 2. take breaks from the laundry mat to calm down some of the fans coming in, some of them are just creepy standing their. love the videos though

Roman as a business owner that does 90% of my communication online/text message. That 10% needs a phone line, the elderly, or just people without reliable internet. Hate to say it tell the employees to just hang up on fans or send out of state calls to voice mail. You can set up something like google voice and obihai or magic jack that cost next to nothing and offer free voicemail.
Roman and Brit I sent something yesterday it will arrive Wednesday. It’s in a round tube and says Attn Brit. It’s not a trophy it’s something she requested for the laundry mat.

Hi Roman and Brittany. Theres metal behind the single load washers that looks like its for a shelf. Put a board on it and make it a shelf and then put your favorite trophys there. It will hide the backs of the other machines. Then you could remove the trophys near christmas and put some cotton batting (favlbric stores sell it in rolls) on the shelf to mimic snow and then you could put some christmas decor there. After christmas you just replace the christmas stuff with your trophys.

Not gonna lie, if I went in there as a customer to do laundry and saw a group of people just standing around, not doing laundry, I would probably turn around and go to a different laundromat. Also, when I used to have to go to a laundromat to do laundry I considered it sort of quiet time because I could escape the madness of my house. lol But, if I went there as a fan of Roman and Brit I would put my laundry in the machines and just hang out.

Why even bother to open it? Just toss it and be done with it! They have asked so many times to STOP it’s pathetic at this point! I would also be losing my mind walking into a business and having so many people standing there blocking washing machines and dryers.
