Hey Roman, that metal box welded onto the front of the shipping container door was added for security. It is for a lock and it covers the lock to prevent it from being cut. Its much more secure if you put your lock in there rather than the regular lock spot on the handle.
Rather finicky to get the padlock in there, especially when it's dark outside. Isn't there specially designed locks for that container lock, also?

Well I made plans to see an old friend I lost contact with 38 years ago. Bought my train ticket and leaving for a few days. Woot Woot Toot Toot...switching out trains in T.O and taking myself out for lunch while I wait for the next train lol I'm so excited. I haven't done something like this in a very long time. honestly you should slowly raise the merch prices up to where they are close or same as bunker prices. That way people will still buy them locally and they save shipping and you don't lose money selling under value.

Hey Roman! One recommendation i have for the trophies is to put up shelving above all the dryers/washers on the wall and line them all up around the laundromat. It would give customers something to read and chuckle at while waiting for laundry!
Record a few of the mail vlogs at once, they can be your day off, but content is still flowing.

When it comes to the trophies, i am 100% in favor of throwing them away..
Open them on the video, laugh at whatever they say, maybe keep the 2-3 best ones, and throw everything else in the trash. Make it VERY CLEAR that you can't keep them all and that if people still send them, they will most likely be trashed.

My accomplishment for the week was receiving a raise and a lead tech position at work! You keep me going every night. I work 2:30-11pm shift and after dinner, i pull out my laptop to watch the days vlog and keep myself going for the remainder of the night. Thank you for all that you guys do
Roman, you need to be clear and concise with everyone about your dislike of things being stacked and the water bottle left on the counter. People can't tell if you're serious or joking, which is causing confusion between you, Brit, and Ed requests.

I think he was clear at that one point, but hes gonna have to draw the line. The best way is to have an employee meeting with everyone present at once. Making everything super clear. even at some point put things in writing ad they sign that they have been informed of any important changes.

But the ladies definitely should have their own little area made just for them...
