this game has most definitely some genius in it, it's incredibly different but looks incredibly fun and peculiar
All the world shall bow to the ultimate strategist, Lord Pravus! PRAISE PRAVUS!

This is aesthetically also similar to stuff in Unreal Engine! I’ve been studying Game Development and Design in college, and was very intrigued by seeing the visuals of this.
Reminds me of work :/
@@Xirpzy same here
This is called Visual Scripting I believe. I'm learning Unity, C++, Blender and Neural network to expand my skillset and those are very aligned with Virtual script in some way and other.
What an interesting idea. It almost reminds me of Anno and all it's different production chains, and different regions producing different resources just in a different view. I may have to give it a shot
A minimalist Anno, that sounds like a pretty good way of describing this game, and it's great.
A gem in the rought - needs some "Factorio-like" charts: production over time, supply gain/lose tendency, and so on.
This UI also reminds me a lot of how the relations view of databases is usually visualised too. You get nodes like that for each table and the rows in the table inside the box it then lines that connect from the foreign keys to the primary key of the table they reference. When you have a complex database with many tables it helps a lot to make sense of what depends on what else.
Noooo, I thought I was taking a break from my Database classs....!!
@@PeterPan-xe7qw lol
It definitely looks interesting. I don't know how much I'd play it long term, but I do see what is the main essence of a supply chain tycoon game distilled into a minimalistic, yet complex design.
Storage seem OP - you could just fill the map with Storage > Short-Chain > Storage blocks. Maybe they should be way bigger so they are cumbersome to use all-over the place.
I totally do that. I spam storage everywhere.
Why have a storage-to-storage line? It adds nothing.
@@zoetje9817 he means storage>production>storage. Because storage allows instant movement of goods
@@berenscott8999 that does makes sense.
it does actually start taking up alot of space when you start getting bigger and bigger
The kind of minimalistic resource management game I have been looking for, thanks
If the game has a procedural generation map, I will buy it, the system is interesting but replayability is worry some.
It’s Data Modelling: The Game and I LOVE IT! 😂
Given all their recent troubles (now resolved I believe), is there any chance you'd consider doing a Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic run? (as it essentially the complete opposite design brief, but still sports a fantastically complex resource management chain)
Yeah I would be up for watching a run of Workers & Resources.
I feel like this would work perfectly for mobile as well
I am currently re-playing The Settler 2. So this is quite funny to watch in comparison. 😀
This unreal engine UI mod for Factorio looks interesting
This game is also actually really cool!
the background music is almost identical to my morning alarm - my ears were alert lol
Reminds me of working in node based editors. Any pro having worked in Nuke vfx would be amazing at this game lol.
Those sheep sounds will be the death of me
Looks like a good tutorial on critical path methods.
The placement system reminds me of base building on Star Wars Force commander
Wonderful game! I would love to see more.
I miss the visuals of trains. I love trains.
Feels like the ultimate strategy would be to have all the buildings output to and get input from storage.
i was thingking the same thing to, so the storage could be designed as a backbone going linear in the center, and all the buildings scattered both in the top and bottom of it
@@danimunf It seems that storage space is shared within a world. So the storages themselves dont need to be connected. you could just set up a small island. storage in the middle and structures around it.
This game is perfect for putting me to sleep. It's worked twice now I can finally get a good night rest
This guy somehow managed to almost sell the game to me. Great job!!!
sweet. looks like a fun game
"You can't cross the lines"
Pravus literally does this not a minute later with the bakery.
He said nodes, not lines
That's literally the same thing.
@@amshermansen Nodes are the buildings, lines are the supply lines between buildings, you can not cross a building with a line, you can cross lines with lines
This game, with the nodes and connections looks just like comercial process flow simulation tools. With processors, sinks storages and so on.
this is basically how unreal4 works behind the scenes. That's quite genious
Imagine if this game can be moded to make mods with new nodes and more.
Omg! Love this game!
Point at this game and tell the developers of the latest Settlers game : "THAT, is better then your game, cause we want the complexity in logistics and many items combining into more complex items. And you dumbed it down in the Settlers"
I got some love for Satisfactory, however this looks also interesting, it won't be long before this lands in my gaming library.
Looks interesting!
I just bought this game since it looks fun, I also bought it due to your recommendation and it was hella worth it!!
Thanks for the video
Praise Pravus.
This game is appealing to the data analysts out there. I feel personally targeted lol
factorio/satisfactory but it’s a UML diagram (or if a node-editor was a game)
Looks interesting. I'll hope that this isnt the only video from you!
0:47 background music sounds a bit like megalovania from undertale, anyone else agree?
I was about to buy this game but without the sandbox element, it doesn't seem worth it.
I didn’t realise they finally released this on steam
Praise Gimli!
Pretty sure the brick island is modelled after the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
Damn i love this
so simple kinda cool
The storages need to be nerfed. The fact that theyre connected means you only need to connect each factory type to and from a storage and it auto sorts. Plus no cable management,
sound like the foundation to cities skyline but without the graphical buildings. hope is well ballanced
Was this announcement that you will no longer add the begin text that this is a sponsored video. Cause I do miss those sometimes I can time
Please more omg I love this
This seems a lot like blueprint tycoon.
It's literally minimalistic Settlers II
HEY PRAVUS! CAN YOU TRY PLAYING GOBLINS OF ELDERSTONE? I THINK IT WILL BE A GREAT PLAYTHROUGH
This game is essentially my job lmao
14:50 Oh no... LabView... Ewww... x)
I much preferred doing direct coding, as the visual interface didn't do much for me. It just made more sense to me somehow... I know, I'm weird. ^^'
Anyway, looks like a neat logistics game. :)
Labview: the video game
26:58/30:49 kawatchook
dude sounds like tucker carlson
so basically anno 1800 without the complexity
This is like shaders, the game lol
Interesting game, but still miss Against the Storm Pravus.
What I read in the Steam comments, the game collects private data of the PC. You also don't know who the developers are. This makes me a little sceptical
Pravus try disco elysium
hmm... isn't that chemical factory layout schema
This is kinda citiies skylines except you only focus on the industry
Gamified flow chart ?
i cant get bricks and clay from bricks mission to master what should i do
4 days 1,8k likws 612k subs
Bro made this gameplay for money XD
Does anyone know how you can reset your save?
Mindustry players: Amateurs
Flowchart the game
new game? something different, hmmm

My review of this game: I don't like the way the game is a tutorial that holds your hand. This means zero replay value. The lack of procedural generation of the map, that sucks. No ability to play the game without a tutorial, yeah I don't like it.
Lumber camps don't really need to be placed at a forest. Paths only need to be as long as required to match production. It's an interesting concept, but it lacks depth. Personally I like to use the paths to clear trees. So OP doing that. There is interesting things you can do by placing storage at the start and end of compact production units. Like when I put two uniform manufacturers between storages. I think the key here is shoving as much production into every gap and abusing the instant travel that occurs between all storage. Essentially there is only one storage pool and it's insta travel.
those ding dongs man, ruined my brain.cant watch this sorry lol
Pravus should play more democracy 4. i would love to see a hardest difficulty america run. day 151
it reminds me of Figma.....
It's just anno?
So… Anno 1800 but more complicated, less detail and less sandbox-y… cool…
Had to add a comment to make that 69.always love watching your videos
Shame this game's privacy policy is not compliant with Canadian Privacy Law. I will not be buying.
I think this seems rather pointless since you can't really do anything with anything that you collect as resources! I mean all you do is cut out a bunch of words and put it together and you do nothing else with the results of it! So rather than doing this with characters you have to do it with words I just hope this wasn't too expensive! I remember a game like age of empires where you were supposed to do things just like this but with characters and they had a purpose and that is that you can let resources bring it back to your fortress to be used again to build upon your empire and your army and your overall estate! So if you're going to play this you should look for games like that instead!
After a few hours, I froze the game
