Mum was right of course, the liver with milk was delicious that you, Nico cleaned the plate leaving noting behind. Again your friend did a beautiful job in preparing the meal and satisfying your stomach. Here we call the Green Pepper either Sweet Pepper or Bell pepper.

The one thing I have realised over time is that sometimes less is better. Our Ug dishes have taste because we use less spices which sometimes kill the original taste of what's being cooked. I have tasted some of the over flavored dishes and I concluded ebyaffe biwooma.
I have learnt something new today never removed skin on liver and also soak in milk never seen this done in Nigeria or l just don't know is really a very good idea and will try it
Now I think it's a good habit for us indigenous Ugandans to have a half wooden spoon in our kitchens n they r loved most😂😂 Tx much for sharing dea, liver is loved by many however it's difficult to be prepared for a delicious meal It looks sooo 😋
But the it's better to put some salt while boiling the liver, then u can add some as u put the ingredients to your desired taste. Thanks for the recipe 😋😋I can't wait to get back to my home country
