Idea: Run up to players carrying a gnome coughing and crazy talking that this gnome is evil but then suddenly, you vomit out the entirety of your blood onto someone and die... This person then becomes haunted by an evil gnome hearing laughter as a gnome haunts and messes with his car, door locks, and even conspiring with other garden gnomes to make the player seem crazy... Can the city survive the dark gnome... Or will this gnome find a new home and a new citizen to haunt...

In case you didn’t know who Conner is(the D-Class at 1:46:00) he is from an animation revolving around an immortal average guy who is a D-class in experiments with many SCP’s and will always revive after dying for a few seconds.
If I'm right, Connor is from SCP Confinement. I miss that animation series, wish it wasn't discontinued.

Interesting that in server the SCP uses being a shampoo company. Though there are planty of other variations of the foundation that exist as well as Fronts. Such as Spicy Crust Pizzeria or Shark Punching Center. Honestly would be funny for a agent from the later to show up and the server reacting to someone really into punching sharks in the face and if questioned why their also punched. Also the fact that they managed to transform 682 into a shark after it denied punching sharks.
Actually typing that all out I'm now really wanting the Shark Punching Center Agents to somehow find themselves in the server and the server's Foundation having to deal with them and their obsession.
Also is a Group called Nobody which is an identity that passes between person. Whoever wears the fedora becomes an Un-Person though multiple can exist at once and some belive they might be made up by agents to ensure they don't become d-class. One canon has them as the Foundation's founder and their also a world-ender wishing to end the world in a way that favors Humanity.

Chaos insurgency is a group of mtf (mobile task force) that went rogue from the SCP foundation and their mission is to help d classes escape, let scps out, and do anything to cause chaos to the SCP foundation, longer definition of CI.

Here is an interesting idea: Why not simulate SCP - 1678 aka Unlondon and act as one of the bobbies that guard the place? Or you could just be a stray bobby that somehow ends up in LS and treats it as Unlondon while beating up anyone that walks lol.

Just a little idea I got from your coin toss video... how about a dice toss? You know, the funny 20 dice, at 1 and 20 something hilarious could happen.
Could be tossed for any action for anybody, say somebody wants to slap somebody, rolls 20 and head comes off. Or somebody rolls a 1 and whatever fails catastrophically. Could rig the dice a little bit, like lets say 1-5 = 1 and 16-20 = 20 to ensure fun stuff happens more often. Anybody could request you to roll a dice or you could roll it for yourself, such as when cops are after you are starting to get suspicious... maybe could even convince them to do something stupid with a 20 like completely ignore your activities or something hilarious? I believe that kind of RP could have a lot of potential.
