No no, make that a proxy war between a gang that is supplied by Nat. Guard and a gang that is supplied by the FIB. That way there would be a fitting plot for either of those to get involved.

It begins to suck in all of the warships and sailors on them. Eventually, after their all sucked in. The wormhole closes, and the warships and sailors appear somewhere else, they are in the exact same positions, but just somewhere else. None of the sailors have any recollection of what happened. After a few more hours of sailing, they arrive at the shore of San Andreas. Whatever happens next is for you to decide…

Pro’s kill count has to be in the 100,000’s at this point
to be fair, Cayo Pericans are way too prepared for all the chaos. Not to mention the Zeppelin they brought had all the countermeasures needed as well despite being an old 40's relic. These things were an absolute unit especially with the right gears and countermeasures not to mention they can soak heavy AA bullets like sponges.

You should do an Arkham City type of roleplay. You could have a part of the map sectioned off from the outside world - surrounded by high concrete walls, watchtowers, searchlights, surveillance etc and have some sort of militia patrol the streets. it'd be interesting to see what gangs would spring up or who would take over certain areas, maybe they'd all rebel and try to break out?
if its possible an idea is making a device that can turn people to stone within roleplay and use it to control the world and the server has to stop you before you turn everyone to stone. This idea is based off of the dr stone anime #idea
