Everything I took on the alta via 1

In August 2024, I completed my first ever long hike (115ish km), the alta via 1! It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life (so far).
In prep for my trip, I searched all over the internet for details on what to bring with me. But couldn't find a video with the amount of detail I wanted! I'm hoping that this video will fill that gap.
If you have any questions or are thinking of doing the alta via but have doubts, please ask!!! I'd love to help in any way I can!

Ah thank you! I’m so glad it was helpful :) I just uploaded my Venice vlog (we flew to Venice for two days before starting the Alta via 1) and next week I’ll upload part one of the Alta via vlog!! x

Can you share the name of the pack you used? And how tall you are? I’m only 5 feet so wondering if this would even work for me!

I used the Gregory jade 38L! It should be fine for you but I’d definitely recommend trying it on :)
