    I hope you'll like it! I used a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, which is a little bit smaller than a half-sheet pan. You can also use a half-sheet pan or something a little bit bigger - just line up the dough close to each other like in the video!

    I love sweet potatoes so I'm excited to try also i use oil instead of flour to roll out however with this soft dough i may be best to use flour ❤❤thanku for the recipe❤🎉❤

      I hope you'll like it! You can probably use oil instead to form a ball. You may need to apply it more than usual, though!

    Aya , fantastic instructional video ! You showed us the texture of what to look for . I am not a natural baker …so visual and talking us through how to make bread is something I truly appreciate. You are giving me some confidence that I could do this . I will give this a shot for my Christmas dinner gathering . It will be different from me going to store to buy dinner rolls , This would be much nicer 😊.
    I watch your videos , cause I love watching masters showcase their talent. I am going to also try my hand at your tiramisu for New year’s . I have to be on vacation to allow myself the time to not rush when learning a new skill. Hahahaha.

      The most important thing for this dinner rolls is to let the dough rise enough during the first and second fermentation process. It is a key for making a fluffy texture. I will soon post the written instructions on my website, so check it out also if you want to read through the steps!😉

    these look beyond delicious. would the recipe work with Murasaki as well? what percentage protein did you use?

      It should work but the flavor will be a bit different. I've used bread flour with 10 and 12% protein level, they both worked good!

    Hi aya, I've seen some recipes using potato🥔..is it the same outcome with sweet potato🍠in term of taste, texture & longevity?

      I don't know about other recipes but I think you can alternate it with regular potato. I haven't tested it but the taste should changes slightly!
