You are giving me some confidence that I could do this . I will give this a shot for my Christmas dinner gathering . these look beyond delicious. would the recipe work with Murasaki as well? what percentage protein did you use?
It should work but the flavor will be a bit different. I've used bread flour with 10 and 12% protein level, they both worked good!

Hi aya, I've seen some recipes using potato🥔..is it the same outcome with sweet potato🍠in term of taste, texture & longevity?
I don't know about other recipes but I think you can alternate it with regular potato. I haven't tested it but the taste should changes slightly!
