    9.71, such a great time, could have won this year's olympics by daylight. Tyson Gay & Yohan Blake were unlucky to be in the bolt era.

    • @chamindujanith6337
      @chamindujanith6337 2 роки тому +29

      Nah. Blake showed up for 2 tournaments that's all. Extremely lucky to win World Championship in 2011 with the absence of all the top guys. Maurice Green would have been unlucky if he was born in the Bolt era. Dude ran under 9.9 in 5 major finals and won 4 of them in 100m. Gatlin is the most unlucky. Ran under 9.9 in 7 major finals and only won 3 of them. So here is Blake compared to these two
      1)Gatlin-under 9.9 in 7 major finals
      2)Green-under 9.9 in 5 major finals
      3)Blake-under 9.9 in 1 major final
      So tell me how the fuck is Yohan Blake unlucky because of Bolt? Deluded to think Blake is unlucky because other than 2012 Olympics he never performed in a major final. I thought Gatlin's winning time in 2017 was a little slow(9.92). Yohan Blake won in 2011 with the same time(9.92) without all of the top guys. All the others didn't even run sub 10.😅😅. I remember watching a late night sports show when he broke this record. The host was so perplexed that the first question he asked the analyst was "what WON'T he (Bolt) [be able to] do?" to which the analyst replied "well, he DEFINITELY won't be running the 100 m below 9 seconds". These 2 lines have stayed with me since, it goes to show how much margin the analyst built in in his statement on what Usain Bolt could not achieve physically. Hands down one of the greatest athletes ever 🙌🏼

    Ya know im gonna be honest. My favorite part of this is neither Bolts time, nor the camerman, or the sudden foot hitting the camera. No my favorite part is when the commentator goes "9.58!" I mean the way he says it just shows how insane this run was. I mean no other reaction would give you the idea that nothing like this was ever done before and nothing like it has come since. And the fact that the other comentator just goes silent shows how stunned he is. I mean I can just imagine the two of them in the booth.
    Comentator 1:(enjoying the race unfold doing his job and trying to add as much excitement as he can as the race finishes)
    Comentator 2:"NINE POINT FIVE EIGHT!!"
