You've filmed with excessively high FPS values; always adjust the FPS according to the environment. The FPS in this video is extremely high. You're moving the camera too much left and right. You must pay close attention to vibrations. Vibrations ruin videos. Move the camera in the 'geometric' plane for smoother shots; stable and slider movements yield beautiful cinematic results. When filming a person, never frame the scene to 'cover the person's face.' In face videos, increase the environment diaphragm F level.
