Just found these videos and they are great! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Station 41 is "our" station and they are all a great bunch of firefighters!
Enjoying all the videos, it’s kind of surreal to see a fire apparatus that I helped build sitting in a station. Hope that BME type 3 has been serving you well.
That bay is loaded with some beautiful trucks, quite the variety they get. Also, does the PIO get an equipment budget? Some kind of camera stabilizer and a body microphone should be on the wish list to make the production quality even better. Tell the bosses the people are demanding it haha.
I am the chief of the fire department 41 in the Far East in Russia in a small village (our fire department guards 16 villages in the district). I would like to talk to you and exchange experiences (if you have a desire). The methods of work and the specifics of their implementation are interesting. Staffing structure and other points. And in general, I think that firefighter brothers will find a common language everywhere, they should be out of politics. Our main task is to save people's lives.
Nice to see all the upgrades to the old Parker FD now SMFR Firehouse #41. SMFR will only continue to grow so you must have the best equipment, and the best firefighters. This was an excellent review of the new and improved firehouse. Who was actually recording this since I believe Connor was off for a while during this time taking care of a new future fireman? With her and her husband the kid might as well resolve himself to a career as a public servant, and I know he will love it too.
Curious? On a district consolidation, like Parker into SM, how many of the firefighters stay on through the transfer? Are all FFs offered a spot at SM? Do they need to reapply?
Is the ~1,800 annual calls for Engine 41 legit or a typo? I can understand that many calls for a medic, but an average of 5 calls a day for a fire engine seems insane. Or is the engine running medic calls too?
I loved seeing the old units at the end. It's always cool to see stuff like that

Love the old truck photos at the end and the call logs of the trucks!
Should do a fleet friday on the wildland pickup truck. Also how many does SMFR have.
I am glad to see that station Saturday is back on
Can’t wait thank you Connor and Eric for station Saturday
As a German firefighter, I find it very interesting to see an American fire station
I’m a firefighter in California and I have to say it’s weird looking at some fire stations with blue lights but aye I’m used to only red on engines
Can’t wait! This is going to be a good one!
Who would dislike this? It has also not even started yet!!
The pictures at the end were a nice touch!
5/30 stations completed, this is gonna be a long series
There are only 29 stations at south metro with the 30th being built right now
It's been a long time since I saw a station saturday from South Metro Fire and Rescue.
Looking forward to this! Station Saturday’s are the best!
Lovin' the videos! Keep 'em comin'!

As someone who was apart of Parker Fire District, she they merged to SMFR, did they have to go through South Metros fire academy?
Is that an unattended candle in room 3???
Love it I am also a fire man
One dislike why please remove it thanks these guys are the best
Am I the only one who noticed how there is a teen number station in between each station?
Is the ~1,800 annual calls for Engine 41 legit or a typo? I can understand that many calls for a medic, but an average of 5 calls a day for a fire engine seems insane. Or is the engine running medic calls too?
It runs medic calls too
@south metro fire rescue centennial Colorado can you guys please put all the station Saturday in a playlist
What music do you guys use for station Saturdays?
will Marty be on station 41 Saturday?
My Halloween costume was a PIO vehicle
This station is right by my house
There No Delta Co Shift ??? Only Alpha & Bravo and Charlie Co ??
There are only 3 shifts at south metro A shift B shift and C shift
So 22/30 don’t have fire poles brings up the question how many SMFR Stations are 2 floors
💯
What are those pipes from the top that connect from the vehicle?
They are Co pines to keep the exhaust fumes from get out into the station
11:05 good thing! Not like they all ride in the same trucks or anything like that...
1:53 I'm sure you could actually use that space if you really wanted to.
What is the annual run load for engine 41
South Metro Engine 41 averages 1,800 calls a year. This averages to 5 runs a day.
what or why was flag at half mast?
We don't recall the exact reason that day, but the Colorado Governor often orders flags to half mast for notable deaths.
@@SouthMetroFireRescuePIO local first responder stations up here lower them for notable deaths and to be honest half the time for no idea who.
I am a fire fight in upstate New York my house number is 41
