Jollof Rice: tomato paste, tomato, african birds eye scotch bonnet, thyme, onion, curry powder, stock either veg/chicken/beef.
Goat Stew: fried goat, bouillon powder, african scotch bonnet, onion, thyme, salt/pepper, capsicum.
Egusi: grounded melon seed (egusi), onion, crayfish, African scotch bonnet chilli, red palm oil, fresh water leaf or spinach, bitter leaf, une (locust beans), pumpkin leaves.
Fufu aka pounded yam: grounded powdered yam that’s been boiled with water
Nigerian Pie: pastry, carrots, potato, onion, thyme, curry powder and grounded beef
Nigerian food is the absolute best!! A Little Lagos in Newtown Sydney is top notch!! Highly recommend!!!

Thought I recognised the restaurant. I had my 30th Birthday there. I was born in Zimbabwe and I spent 3 years in Sydney. Hunters Hill, Waterloo then Newtown. I miss Sydney and my boys there. This was pure nostalgia watching this. Thank you 🙏🏻

Try Afghan food next lad, they do nice kebabs and other hectic food, couple good spots in Merrylands, I recommend Kabul House.
And make sure to have a coke to burp those kebabs up for 6 hours later 🤣

Yeah I been there to Kabul House usually a long line to get seated but its worth it, had the okra curry and the lamb kebab with the Afghan spiced rice ooffft it was so good.
Most of the best Nigerian foods are actually "Yoruba Tribe" Food (Egusi, Jollof Rice etc)not necessarily "Nigerian Food" same as all the Music(Wizkid, Davido etc), Athletes (Like Anthony Joshua, Israel Adesanya) and Entertainment (Jojn Boyega etc) (Including UK Artist like Skepta that are Nigerian are mostly from the "Yoruba Tribe" you can check them all yourselves) you get majority are from the "Yoruba Tribe" in Nigeria
A lot Yoruba were taken to Brazil as slaves, check some Brazilian food its pretty much the same fufu, plantains etc even Yoruba religion is still followed in Brazil.
This is your claim is unreasonable. How is Egwusi and jollof rice yoruba meal? Please stick to your eforiro and other oily soups.
