I've been following Spanian for a bit now. I'm Vietnamese/Chinese and am Western Sydney born and raised. I love seeing my Middle Eastern and European brothers/sisters trying out Asian cuisine and vice versa. Some of them can even handle the really traditional dishes while I can't 😂. Funny story, I was getting my fade at the barber and a Lebanese bloke came in eating a Vietnamese beef and rice dish with fish sauce and I was like "bro I can't even eat fish sauce and you are eating that like a native Viet". I love the Lebanese lamb dishes though, that stuff is lit.

The best Thai shop is on glebe point Rd it's called tom yum tom gang it can't be beaten best Thai it's the bomb and you should see the business they do
The spicy stuff is right up my alley as a Slav. We eat lots of garlic and hot peppers for many dishes, so trying foreign spicy is like a whole new world for me cause I always liked eating that stuff. The hotness just makes my apetite bigger. I already got a 10 million Scoville sauce and am having a blast eating it, even if it's slowly cause that stuff is no joke.
