A COLD WET WINDY NIGHT IN STOKE!! | Exploring Stoke City’s Bet 365 Stadium!

- The adventure continues.. and we’re back with another Stadium Extour video!
This time we’re at the Bet 365 home of Stoke City football club to explore the stadium and hopefully get inside.
We start by taking a look at the main stand. The only stand with 2 tiers and then make our way round to the away stand. Unfortunately the gates were locked and we had to walk all the way round the retail park to get to the East stand!
On our way we bump into the Gordon Banks statue, but it was followed by another locked gate, we make a way back round while explaining about stokes history and debt crisis!
We then see we’re Bet 365 look to fund to expand the stadium, as well as taking a tour of the boothern end, where the Stoke atmosphere section is! We then see one of the greatest statue i’ve ever see. The Sir Stanley Matthews status is deffo worth a look as Stoke play tribute to there greatest ever player!
We then finally make it over to the East Stand but nothing was going on! So we try and make our way in the stadium! Fortunately we managed to take a little look down near the tunnel.

So what do you guys think of the BET 365 Stadium. Personally I really like it, but it’s location is a right faff to get too!

can you get to it walking, or do you need to be in a car?
Its right off the m6 j15..5 minute drive to ground. Simple location and all those gates open on match days!
I would 100% recommend driving. Walking would be a real pain! It’s quite south of the city center!
@@Jsm44_ well i meant on bike not walking. Either mountain bike or my road bike.
They were called Stoke Ramblers back in 1863 mate. There is allegedly a big fan zone being built at the home end now as well, I believe at the end of the current season. You mentioned Gordon Banks but we actually had him and Peter Shilton at the same time. We are also the second oldest league club behind Notts County. Nice video lad,thank you.
Im a stoke fan just letting you know they arent adding 8000 seats theyre replacing them its the stand the stands alone with the dugouts, the other 3 sides got done a few years back when the corner got filled in 👍 and the atmosphere is now in block 38 next to the away fans just due to lack of attendance

@@Jsm44_ we all got confused when we saw the statement to they have actually completed the seat changes now theres a video on the stoke page looks 10x better they were flame pink before instead of red😂
This ☝️ Blocks 37/38 are definitely now the atmosphere section. Moved there with my season ticket a few years back and wouldn't sit anywhere else now. And yeah the replacement of seats is in the stand behind the subs benches.
I’m a Stoke fan if u go on a match day it’s really hard to get to the stadium specially the car park
Great video! I’m a Stoke fan and if you go on a match day it’s very hard to get into if you have a car, especially on a Saturday.
