Backflip program + Calishtenics and handstand programs, workouts, 1000+ exercises is also in my App:
    www.bergmovement.com/movement-trybe-app
I want this to be accessible to as many as possible, so please remember that if you are in a less fortunate economic situation, you can apply for discounts (25-75%) or a scholarship. Applications are found on the same link :)

The best toturial I ever find for back flip, especially to practice without partner. Also the safest instruction I've sawn. Was funny to see the step on the rings, I did that just for fun between some sets. 😅

Thank you so much for this😭😭 just the time when i needed backflip you uploaded it. I have started the progress again from today onwards, let's see how much time it takes, I'll come back ! Even if it takes me an year! One year because i am preparing for an exam so I can't injure myself by rushing(I don't have any equipment to do this just me and maybe support of my bed.)
