Can we talk about how God damn good Burton sounds here. I was at the lamb of god fear factory tour of 04 in Pittsburgh. It was in a tiny place called the rock club...icp played the night before, so you imagine that floor! Haha 😄 it was an amazing tour
Who was the headliner? Also 2004 was the peak for Burton!
During the Digimortal tour, Burton sounded tired, but here you can feel his firey anger. The split from Dino and the backlash from it must have really set him off. It really reflects on the album and the live shows.
Makes sense him being tired during the Digimortal tour with all the band drama behind the scenes and the album not having sold as much nor received as well as Obsolete.
