Man I use to do this all the time , I recommend that you guys get a strap that wraps from underneath the dolly flap to the top of the fridge. The reason why is the person who's lifted the fridge with the dolly is that there is never enough space for you to properly lift and causes you to injure your back over time , with a strap underneath the dolly to the top of fridge is that theres stability for the person to push the fridge from the bottom of the fridgewithout it lifting off the dolly. May take an extra 2mins but trust me its so much worth it
I was wondering if the man on the lower stair could use a strap/rope to help lift to the next stair tread. What you offer seems more efficient and the lower man could then assist w/o applying more force than before due to utilizing the strap you propose.
I had to carry one up a curved set of stairs for someone's kitchen on the second floor of their house, two of us use a body harness to lift the fridge from each side, it's the worst experience ever.

Yo me Dedico a entregar appliances/electrodomésticos.

I am trying to get this up 1 step (was moving a heavy a** dresser from upstairs to downstairs- total nightmare), but I rolled it down the steps completely and the entry way is too small to maneuver the dresser out. So I need to roll it up a step but it’s so heavy!!!!! I could’ve paid somebody to do it as I’ve done before but 🙄🙄🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ pray for me y’all
I forgot to update this comment but about a hour or so after posting this I was able to get my dresser down the steps 😅😅😅 my muscles were sore for 3 days- I’m finally healing but I got bruises everywhere 😂🤣.
@@Michelle_Michelle___ Old comment I know but did you bring it down with a dolley first and did it damage your stairs at all? I took smaller dressers/tables down my steps without a dolley by sliding it down on the smooth shelf side (carpeted steps though) and standing in front of it. I don't recommend it because it's more dangerous if it slides into you. I keep a comforter/blankets at the bottom so it don't mess up my carpet. Gonna do a big one soon with the dolley for safety probably. It will be crucial to stop it on the second step to angle it out of the stairwell properly. Hope I don't end up with your situation but glad you were okay.
In Britain, the companies here can't even do this simple thing of bringing a fridge freezer up the stairs- this shows how backward they are! They keep making excuses that they are a two man crew who dont even have equipment - they say that the fridge is too big and heavy and they cant carry it up some stairs, but everyone can see for themselves that it can be done with a two man crew and just a trolley!
Absolutely agree with you ,i just ordered a grunding from currys and they arrived just in time, however, because i live on the 4th floor no lift, they quickly jumped back in the van and disappeared before I could even ask them if they can borrow me the sack truck to use it ti bring the fridge up,so i went wickes and got a rope for myself 10 quid and brought the fridge up ........bloody lazy people for sure
Followed up by them damaging the refrigerator and the door way. I don't know why you would even put this up as an advertisement for your business. I would never hire such incompetent movers.
I could do that fridge on my own with a six wheel stair climber. Can you do those on your own with the Magliner? I am thinking about getting a Magliner.
Too bad they stopped the video right before it went through the door! It defeats the purpose of the video because they didn't record it going through the door with the dolly on it!
Here in Puerto Rico, we charge at least $150 just for moving the fridge. If the trip is more than a 30 minutes drive from one point to another, that would be at least $50 more. The dismounting and mounting of the fridge doors has an additional charge of at least $50. That would be not less than $200 if the drive is less than half an hour.

In our busy lives there come times when tasks such as this are best left to the professionals who have both the experience and the proper equipment.

That’s the wrong dolly. The base isn’t wide enough for refrigerators, it causes tipping and makes the job a lot harder. Good job otherwise
