I just love Ted Dekker! He is a great writer and there is nothing I have read that I did not like!
He talk and talk and say nothing 🤷. That is so new age talk. Something is wrong with this person. Talk talk talk. But what is he saying 😄.
@@charlottegissingisraelsen1301 Labeling something you fail to understand as nothing is so old age listening, by which I mean not at all. If "new age" talk is fluff, then old age ears are deaf. Some people just never bother to listen if things are not simplified for them.

He's very interesting. I am an inspiring fiction/Sifi/Christian writer. It is very interesting to see writers styles and what drives them. For me writing is a form of expression of how I view the world as many others I am sure. It is a reason to study the world and bible. It is in the research that brings me inspiration.
I’m also an inspiring author in these genres, and I totally agree with you. Ted is an inspiration for my writing and my ideas and every book I’ve read as brought me some realization on a deep level that I know will most likely appear in my own writing later.

i am trying to make a necromancer character in the elder scrolls online and have him be based off of the guy in the circle series whgo is described as having skin so loose its partialy translucent, fingers so frail they seem like theyre aqbout to fall off, and all together basicaly a walking decaying corpse. I read the entire circle series but for the life of me i cant find this character anywhere online whats his name!!!!

There is only one truth: That Jesus Christ is Lord and He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. If you are a true Christian you do not need to find yourself. He is you. You are His identity. On his website he won't even say he is Christian. Just be careful.
Dekker is not a Christian. He is a mystic. Check out his podcast with Aubrey Marcus. He is a brilliant writer but don't be fooled by his Christian terminology.

I can see that now. I considered the youth books for my son and so glad I did my research. He is someone a Christian should avoid and be prayed for that he comes to know the true God and repents. Right now, his stories are exploiting God. Blessings to you :)
