Thanks a lot for Sharing this...brings back a lot of memories.I enjoyed playing with Starlift at this period{before the PHASE II split-off},when Boogsie & a host of top-of-the-line players were with the band.Our 1971 'Joint-Panorama Winner:Queen Of The Band,hastened the split{several players did not want it for Panorama}.We got in the "Finals" based on "People's Choice".*PAN ON DE MOVE/Ray Holman Comp.& Arr/3rd place Winner in 1972 Finals,is also on this Excellent Compilation! ASE-O!!!
I enjoy this 1972 Starlift LP which I bought at Charlile's record shop on Fulton Street, Brooklyn. It was recommended to me by Alston "Lil Jack" Jack. (I wonder if he remembers that lol)
