I´ve been singing with him and i can tell you, that he is a fantastic singer, gifted with a huge, very viril, but warm voice.i´ve been very lucky that i had the chance to hear him as Posa with Harteros, Kaufmann and Pape in Munich just some weeks ago. He is a very nice and great person and a very good friend as well. he will be back in Munich for Forza del Destino with Harteros and Kaufmann again in December 13.

I have never listen live to Tezier , but it's obvious he has a voice not at all thin. He is now one of the best baritons. And his acting is as good as his singing.

Truly beautiful timbre, exquisite vocalism, heartfelt expression.........all reasons why this is one of my favorite baritones today. Somebody please pair him up with Jonas Kaufmann on stage in this opera!

They did and yet did not allow them to play up that chemistry... fucking cage, man. Someone PLEASE put them together in a normal production with a lot of hugging.

@@akechijubeimitsuhide Actually I LOVED that production.....the fact that they couldn't reach each other for a final embrace made it even more poignant. And I loved the fact that Posa gets a proper funeral, for once.....the soldiers salute their fallen comrade.....heartbreaking!

I was very surprised to hear from a friend who sings with Tezier that the voice is actually huge. I trust my buddy. It may be an example of the limitations of recording that the only voices that really seem big are ones with a darker timbre.
