As an energy worker myself, I love how you add the energetic perspectives of movement. Any movement, especially these isolated ones for the face, can be SO important. Keep making videos please, and Peace to you.
Thanks for this! I have a number of autoimmune disorders that caise a lot of swelling around my eyes, jaw and neck - I've also saved your other video for neck and jaw. I've just started so I can't comment of the puffiness yet, but what it's done for the tension in those areas is amazing!
So happy for you Maribelle! Facial yoga will help move fluid retention, and you may also want to consult with your local Chinese medicine doctor or naturopath on what else you can do to help puffiness. I am available for telehealth consultations if that helps :)www.qimedicine.com.au/book-acupuncture-online/
@@qimedicineacupuncturemelbo6600 I do see a TCM monthly, but next appontment is postponed indefinitely due to plague. :) In the meantime, I'm researching self-care habits. Glad I found your channel!
Thank you for your lovely positive presence and the great exercises. I agree with Luanna below that the instructions for the first exercise are unclear. I think you mean pushing upwards with eyebrows, and resisting the fingers that push down. I believe the second one is the opposite: you push your fingers up, and resist with your eyebrows by attempting to shut the eye. Is that right?
I'm confused with her instructions and when she does them, she causes wrinkles on her forehead so I'm confused. When I tried it, I couldn't get it right from what she was saying.
Thanks for this video and The others. But as to The first two exercises for brows muscles I haven t understood if I I have to push down with fingers and up with brows or The contrary. Or if I don t have to move brows at all..Can you please help me so I can do them in the right Way? Thanks a lot.
Great movements here and I am sure the result are good. But why is it so hard to hear the vlogger speak? Even if I adjust the volume, there is something about her tone and pitch that makes it a challenge to listen to her. Also the dialogue just seems to drag. But maybe it just me.
Thanks but you talk to much while you demonstrate.. that makes difficult to actually understand what and which muscles to work on.. so either you describe everything in a voice over video or atleast keep a subject he/she will perform the yoga while you explain..

I didn't understand what she's doing either, keeps saying to push down (with fingers) but all I can see is her pushing her skin up not down.
Thank you! Appreciate the tips
Love your videos. The last exercise with looking upwards can you just keep the eyes wide open while staring upwards or do you have to wink the eyes?
Thanks, you are very calming x
You're welcome 🙏
Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful

I'm confused with her explanation too.

Sammy Ytube - it’s not just your perception. I can barely hear the instructions. The volume needs to be increased!
