It's called cross-kart. It's a swedish invention and it's basicly just a steel tube frame with a motocross engine. Direct chain driven rear axle so the only way to get around corners is to slid it aorund. Raced it for a few years and it is right up there with the best fun you can have on four wheels.
Crosskart is good for sure as you can drive it from 6 years old i think it is now, lots of rally driver sons driving there now with both Henning and Petter Solberg's sons so the future is bright for Norwegian motorsport :)

Good question, got a bunch of childish comments on motorsportforums.com on my newest video because i added drifting and crosskarts...
And we wonder why rallycross is dead in teh UK, then you see the kids in Norway doing crosskart, short car etc etc Easy to see
