I have the same year with over 380K miles and this van was brought brand new at the time, never had this done entire life and still drives very good. I don't plan to change it and probably drive it until it dies.

Yes, I agree on these Spark Plugs they don’t wear out and last long.

Hey Hector - great video, thanks very much for taking all the time to create. So I just did the plugs this morning on my 2012 Sienna, slight differences between 2012 and 2011 (different airbox, ...). For those looking to replace plugs on 2012, the biggest challenge was undoing some of those clips, including coil on plug clips. The front 3 ignition coil clips all broke, probably from the exhaust heat right below but the back 3 clips did not break - but what a pain working them loose. I zip tied the front ones to lock them in. I also used dielectric grease when reinstalling the coils.
While I had this open, replaced the intake manifold and throttle body gaskets as well as the rear 3 ignition coils since they are such a pain to get to. Will keep the 3 for backup if/when one of the front 3 fail.
Last, I cleaned up the throttle body and intake with special cleaner as both were gummed up at this high mileage.
Three new coils, 6 plugs, gaskets, throttle body cleaner cost a little under $200 (coils ~$150) and about 2-3 hours and I should be good for another 100K.
Could not have done it without your excellent video - thank you.

Thanks for the Video. Helped me out a great deal. Didn’t need to pull out the rain tray as some other videos suggested. Those brackets behind the intake manifold took the longest. Making it a 5hr job.
In addition to the stuff in this Vid.
I changed the rear ignition coils and PCV valve at the same time.
I also discovered oil in one of the front spark plug wells. Which may be due to bad spark plug tub seals. So I will be doing. Valve cover gasket and tube seals on that bank.
This is on a 2011 Sienna with 116K miles.

I am glad I watched this. Alldata wanted me to remove the wiper/cowl assy and disconnect the 2 coolant lines and remove the throttle body, which did not need to be done. That rear manifold bolt was a PIA. Thanks for the video it saved me some time!

I did my sienna 2010 today and when I turn it on it was telling me 3-4 spark plugs were misfiring, and it started rough I made sure to follow every single step but now I don’t know what it could be. One thing the the cap broke from every ignition coil so none clicked back in when I put them but I made sure to put them tight, would that be the problem ?

@homie hector hey I have a question I’m trying to knw the torque spec for a cylinder head on a 1999 Honda Accord 2.3l LX it’s a F23A4 engine I have a shop manual for it but it says for new head bolts which I’m putting on it says first 22ft lbs and second 90 degrees and third 90 degrees and fourth another 90 degrees and I’m wondering if this is the right torque spec for this car because I’m doing a cylinder gasket change and also I just want to make sure this is a correct torque so I did check google and bought a different book a chilton brand and it says the same and also I’m just scared I might cross thread or break the new bolts cause this is a pretty high torque so if u or any body can help me Wth this message me ASAP and I’m asking you because ur a technician like me u just want to make sure it’s correct Thts all
