That guy from the H8 mail comments only tries to "explain" that Days of Future Past reset the timeline, as if James and Maso didn't pick up on that, and that each movie has a well defined year it's set in. I wonder if he even watched the video he commented on because he didn't even address a single point mentioned in the video (apart from the Last Stand mid-credits scene).
Yeah but honestly, the X-men continuity if fuxked. Please explain how and why Quicksilver, a man who can essentially take over the world if he wants, not only stays the same age for ten years, but also stays in his mom's basement for all ten of those years.
John Carlos But that doesn’t really make sense. Bc the Fox X-men movies never mention, show or address his agoraphobia. It actually couldv given him a character arc if they had. But instead of that, we only see him having a lot of fun being out & doing his speedster thing to “Time in a Bottle.” But if u think about it, how can he be agoraphobic when no matter where he is on the planet, he could be back in the safety & comfort of his moms basement b4 you could snap yur fingers. Agoraphobia is triggered when u can’t immediately leave a stressful/uncomfortable situation and that can escalate into a panic attack. But Marvel’s Flash could be back home within seconds of realizing he’s even uncomfortable. So, the OP question still stands? Why doesn’t he age when he should age faster than everyone else bc he does everything else faster than everyone else & has a ridiculous appetite & metabolism bc of it? & why hasn’t he met his father yet?, why does he live in his moms basement when he could literally get away w/ anything? He breaks thru ridiculous security measures & gunfire w/ the lightest touch of his finger & even has time to add in a few pranks. But he cant be a professional athlete? Yur saying the fastest man in this world doesn’t have even one sponsorship deal? Nike? Wheaties? Or he cant rob a bank? Or become a hero for hire? Or any one of the millions of ways he could use his potential? But no, unemployed, living in his moms basement & not aging for 10yrs seems like the best way to portray the only real superhero in these movies but only ever gets called in when EVERYONE ELSE, including the main hero characters needs saving. These movies easily break apart if you even think about thinking about them. But I wanna know, why doesn’t anyone else ever bring up or get outraged over the worst problem w/ these movies? Pedophile director making movies about kids at a special school as an excuse to get kids on the casting couch. No wonder they don’t make sense. Things like plot & dialogue were simply not a priority. Makes you rly wonder what the real priority was, rt?
Apparently, after he died his Dr wrote a book claiming that Michael Jackson’s father had him chemically castrated as a boy to keep the youthful voice he was famous for. So, unfortunately for this joke, apparently he never actually molested anyone, he was just a mentally fucked up child in a grown mans body, only able to connect w/ ppl around the age he was kindv stuck in. But there are actually a ton of actual child predators in hollywood that I guess no one will ever do anything about.
