I've seen quite a few concepts in FL that are to some degree similar - but without the frontage --> FOOD HALLS. Would you say that this has some similar aspects to the food hall concept?
Very similar to a foodhall except it’s not outside - there are similarities since there are multiple restaurants in one location but these are more focused on to-go/delivery and happen to have outdoor seating for onsite customers, too

They’ll be partially covered but I also have about 20 seats in the bar
