Went toTaiwan 14 May for 5 days. Pergi muslim tour package sebab malas nak susah2 cari makan halal. Based on my package I will only give 7 out of 10. Taiwan ni ok tapi kalau boleh plan betul2 and jalan sendiri and dont limit to sekitar Taipei and Taichung only

I think it is good that you are not wearing dark color Black Hijab. Wearing hijab in bright colors or floral patterns is more palatable in Democratic countries. There is a local department store here and a Muslim woman wears a beige or white hijab and it’s easier in public. I know Muslims get bad attention when they wear Black or Brown hijab in public, it just rubs the wrong way. Wrong or right, that’s just the impression for many Non-Muslims. It’s less provocative and less controversial to look at. I hope you can visit Xinjiang as well.
