As for the nature of jealousy towards a partner, of course it is demanded in Islam. What is not allowed is blind jealousy without clear and unwarranted guidance. Jealousy is normal to maintain harmony in a relationship. Meanwhile, blind jealousy reduces the warmth of the relationship between domestic partners. This rule of jealousy also applies to wives towards their husbands.
