As kid I grew up watching moss and Owens best receiver I’ve seen since them was Megatron then once he was gone it was AB.
I know the telling DBs his routes sounds good, but what do you expect them to do? Just bc a WR says hes gknna run a route doesnt mean you can cheat on that route. Been a Dallas fan since the early 80s and I liked Jason Witten, but I'll take My guy from the 90s Jay Novacek over Witten. That was Troy's favorite target. I don't remember him ever letting us down. He wasn't Shannon Sharp, but I'll go with Novacek over Witten every time.
Novacek was so underrated. He was Aikman’s #2 when Michael Irvin wasn’t open. Old man Witten was great at leveraging his size and the Y-option route but he wasn’t exactly running the rest of the tree
