Not sure if you’ll see this comment but I just wanted to point out a couple of things to you.
In regards to the burnout, street tyres only need a small burnout otherwise you can put too much into them & get less grip. Also you should drive out wheel-spinning from burnout section to remove any debris the tyres may have got from the burnout section.
I ain’t no racer but just some pointers I’ve heard before.

1000bhp b58 drag build would be nice, not done a lot in the UK. Seems like only the US guys doing it a lot on these engines

Awesome work Jamie, when I lived in the UK I took my modified Kawasaki ZX12R to Santa Pod, best time I ran was a 9.2 @154 took like 8 attempts, blew my clutch basket after that... NOTHING beats that adrenaline rush and you learn the track.
I like the emotional rollercoaster you’ve just taken us all on! That car is a absolute masterpiece but if you don’t have the love for it anymore it’s probably time for it to go.

Would be great to see you build a time attack / circuit car and show how much handling mods can improve laptimes and then adding power slowly. You could even repurpose this mkv, we've had great fun at Silverstone on a stock mkv car 👍🏽

id say 99% of people who go on the 1/4 mile feel the same way your lucky you got so many atempts its when yo ugo to a show and sit for 2 to 4 hours for a single run and fluff the start you really beat yourself up be happy with the pb they dont come often also for such a low profile tyre im impressed

You should continue the build on the Supra and push 900bhp. I don’t think anyone is doing that in the UK. We have seen the M140i get into the 9s.

Very impressive to get in the 2's for the 0-60 on ps4s tyres. I personally think you should get it running correct with 1/4 tank of the good fuel and see what you can achieve ( 10.3 @ 134 on the ps4s tyres) is my prediction. Don't think you should bother stripping the interior or using drag Tyres as its always better to drive to a track and run in full road legal trim (much more impressive ) I used to have very powerful rwd skylines that trapped at over 140mph and needed drag tyres to put the power down, but preferred to use street tyres and know I could replicate the times in the real world.This is why the BMW m3/m4/m5 now are 4wd and get silly fast times.
The newer G series BMW’s have the Supra stud pattern which is 5x112, just like Merc and Audi.
The old BMW are 5x120.
My BMW Z4 M40i is running on Supra wheels and 295 rear tyres

Your words and energy at the end of the vid tells you all you need to know, Jamie. You seem almost emotionless towards it now. It’s a platform that doesn’t need to be explored any further. New project needed or concentrate on other projects till you find another itch to scratch.

As a Supra owner myself i'd like to see someone push past this level in the UK for sure. Lets get a low 10s Supra done!
Also as good as the CSF inlet is, all the fast supras in the US have dumped it for the EOS one. Temps = Power on this car it seems. Especially if doing a lot of runs.
Keep the supra, its unique unlike a cupra which has been done a billion times on youtube

The supra is a great looking car, but you really don't look excited by driving it, not like any of the other cars you have I feel personally, it just doesn't look fun to drive 🙈 I can't wait for the cupra to be done, even let the supra go and get an R32 gtr or something like that, or even get into drifting would be fun content to see you learn something completely new 😁👍🏻
I see that it's frustrating but we all know the full capabilities of the supra isn't unlocked. Guys in the US run drag slicks for fun out here definitely get some tires and feel it out some more. You the only one honestly putting the a90 to work every other video it's just who has the best pops and bangs 😂
Usually at santa pod for running ethanol I roughly calculate how much pump fuel I'll use getting to santa pod. Then either just outside santa pod or inside the gate the fuel light will be on and I just shot in a few cans of ethanol and then I'm roughly around 80 plus percent ethanol.
But 10.8 on a rwd car with old street tyres is not to be sniffed at. Nice one 👌

JAMIE. you don't think the burnouts are causing heat soak. That's a lot of heat stationary just before the engine requires cooler air for the run. Best way is to look at logs and temps during staging and the runs.

I think the Cupra content is overdue, i'm definetely waiting for that. If advancing your other project means selling the Supra, i'd say go for it even if i like the Supra. Content wise, i think it's done what it needed to do. Good luck making the decision thay is right for you Jamie.

For reference the new BMW/Supra platform run 5x112 stud pattern. So VAG stud pattern. I found out when a client in a new M240i needed a wheel refurb I tried lending him a set of BMW wheels. Didn't fit. And after searching they changed the stud pattern on the new M Power cars.

If I had that car at that power then it would be the best thing in the world. Watching videos of it on a drag strip is a bit boiled rice in my opinion. To put a bit of meat to it; I'm sat watching that video on my couch, my wife is sat next to me. After the first few runs she pipes up and asks what I'm watching, told her what it was. Her response was 'it sounds boring, doesn't sound like I'd expect a fast car to sound drag racing, sounds like a random car driving'.
She doesn't know much about cars so that is what it is, but as part of an audience, I think she's bang on.
I personally think if it was a bit more like the integra and had all the drama and theatre to go with it then it would be awesome. But as it is, it's just too refined and built far too well to be the car you're hoping to attract views ect.
Get it to level up giveaways, fingers crossed I win it, then you can put the money into buying an R34 and making that into a sequential monster 😊

Honestly, I'd sell the Supra and put the money into the Cupra build, need to see the Cupra sending cars to gappistan.
I'd say get shot of it and do a crazy 90's classic build. Something like a 205 1.9 GTI or an astra GTE and slap a 2J in it.. That would be dope 👌

Always follow your gut instinct, we can see that you have tried and you're not happy with it. Keep it moving.
FYI Jamie, you were overheating the tires. Too much heat is just as bad as no heat. Glazes the tires over and it's spin city.
Keep it and take it back to the pod with the ethanol map running correctly.
7.5 second 100-200 is 480bhp stage 2 Supra times, so it definitely isn't running right. You could tell in the video that you was frustrated with the car not performing how it should be on the day. Don't sell it yet. Get it sorted, go again, and get some 135+ traps.

My old stage2 140i was down on power briefly and blagged my head for a little while, turned out the little expansion tank near the main water tank was bone dry and was something to do with the charge cooler

Take some time to think about it, it's a very popular car right now and it should help the channel to grow even further. I would go for a 8 second setup (stock engine)

Jamie why not put a transmission cooler because it looks like the transmission fluid was becoming hot and that causes loss of power no.
