Great idea using the paper and mat. I think I will use the old feed bags instead of paper. This was very helpful. I just got my Sportsman 1502 a week ago.
Awesome! Really liked the first video explaining the incubator itself! Didn’t know the egg trays had to be purchased separately. That’s a big help cause the site doesn’t really explain that they don’t or I’m just not reading it right. Anyway I’m looking forward to the quail hatching segment because that’s what I’m new to.
Good video. So I guess you can not control the humidity for it to be different if you have some in hatching tray and newer ones in the turning racks above. This is only reason I haven’t purchased it. Seems amazing every other way

raise humidity by adding a sponge... in the sponge slot. Use a hatcher.
